I live in the Central time zone, so Webkinz resets at 11:00 PM for me (midnight kinz time). The reset doesn't affect the Wheel of Wow or Gem Hunt, they're not available to play again until the next morning, after maintenance. Woodland Wonders and Star Challenge reset at 11:00 PM Central (I would assume at 10:00 PM Mountain and 9:00 PM Pacific as well), but if you play them then, you won't be able to play again until after the reset the next night. Same with Zumwhere, except it resets at 7:00 PM Central for some odd reason.
But you could log in and take a turn at the Wishing Well at 10:55 PM and turn right around and do it 5 minutes later if you wanted to...it will be back up and available to play again the next morning after maintenance. I assume Ganz is aware of this, if not I hope I didn't just tip them off. Last edited by BubbaGump; 09-27-2009 at 03:04 AM.. I was hoping that it doesn't tip them off....LOL The extra prizes and KC has come in handy. Thanks for the other tips though as I was unaware of those mentioned. __________________ Live each day as if it were your last, especially with your children! | | | 09-27-2009, 08:54 AM | #3 | Happy Birthday Moo Join Date: Oct 2007 Posts: 16,098 | Re: Double up on Wishing Well This is the LAST of their worries They have known about it since Webkinz World began. The amount that you get from the second Wishing Well is so minor that they have chosen to ignore this glitch. If it was giving you THOUSANDS of KC, they might review it, but for 20 - 100 KC? Wow, I never thought of doing the wishing well TWICE a day! __________________ *** Click HERE for my cozy WW house! My webbies are just waiting for you to stop by and say hello!! ***

I beg to differ. I agree with Gema L...if anything, the post-midnight Wishing Well pays better. I did 6 accounts earlier, the results, in kinzcash, were 340,110,45,45,65, and 70. I feel a lot better about my chances of getting 100+ kinzcash after midnight. Plus, since this is Sunday night, I was able to do the Daily Kinzcare for the 8th time this week...good for 45 kinzcash and some food.
I really don't think the post-midnight Wishing Well is a glitch at all...just a little bone thrown our way from the friendly folks at Ganz. | | | 09-28-2009, 02:47 AM | #8 | Webkinz :) Join Date: Apr 2009 Posts: 185 | Re: Double up on Wishing Well Ugh...
I guess the old saying goes if you got a bell around the cat, why now would you TELL the cat he has a bell around his neck (if you were the mouse he was chasing).
Anyway, yeah it has been known. There are other bugs out there but I refuse to post in fear they being Gantz will take them away. I like this doughnut hole, if you know what I mean. Very tasty KC, thank you very much. One can only wish (no pun intended) on getting a Exclusive on the second Wish.
BTW, Before someone posted about going into the Code area, then using that to access the Magical Forrest. By doing that they were able to enter the game without having registered a single item. Anyway, Gantz DOES troll these forums so anything we say in here is most certainly reported back up the chain. Because no sooner that was posted then a huge maintenance happen. I never knew about it but wish I had. | | | 09-29-2009, 02:22 PM | #9 | bubbleteapot Webkinz :) Join Date: Mar 2008 Posts: 1,084 | Re: Double up on Wishing Well Many of us have been doing this for years! Nice little extra. You briefly mentioned the 8th click for "Daily Kinzcare". To explain a bit better, every Sunday night after midnight Kinztime, you can get an 8th click on "I love my Webkinz", which gives you an extra food item and a bit of extra money. It's another one of those things that registers the new day after midnight, but takes the maintenance downtime to reset. __________________ Chocolate started it all! | | | 10-01-2009, 06:59 PM | #10 | Webkinz :) Join Date: Apr 2009 Posts: 185 | Re: Double up on Wishing Well Yes but Gantz watches these forums like a hawk. So I would never post anything of value here, unless you want it taken away. | | | | | | Thread Tools | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off
