April Kinzcash Club: Rainy Day Saving

Welcome one and all to the April Kinzcash Club! This is the continuation of the March Kinzcash Club, as we are never done trying to save and build-up our moolah. Everyone and anyone, both returning and new faces, is invited to join if he/she shares the desire to partake in the constant endeavor to save and accumulate some of that hard earned kinzcash.

In addition, please remember that you are not locked into the goal you set at the beginning of the month. As last month, we will try to compile a list of all members’ initial goals around the mid-way point of the month (April 15th), and from this everyone can decide whether to readjust or reaffirm those personal goals during a second check-in. We all know that things happen which can prevent or hinder our chances of reaching that initial goal, such as not being able to log-in often because one is busy; Arte could have a series of terrific rares we just have to have; or there could be a new theme introduced to the W-Shop and one must redecorate. Don’t worry. The goals are just used as a motivational incentive, and no one is going to be banned or dismissed from here just because he/she didn’t reach his/her goal.

Above all, we have gathered together for fun, encouragement, and to have a place to share our daily joys and woes of earning and saving kinzcash. We are all equals here and no one is superior or inferior to anyone else. About the only rule we abide by is the Golden Rule: If you can’t say something nice, please don’t say anything at all. This is intended to be a place where everyone is welcome and feels comfortable enough to participate in the conversations beyond the signup form. Jump in and chat with the other members. It makes for a more enjoyable experience and upbeat environment.


Okay, I’ll start us off:

Any tips for saving/earning kinzcash?:

1. Garden, garden, garden has become a personal mantra. The consensus of opinion is that carrots and strawberries are the best choices if one intends to buy seeds to maximize profit and not just as a food source for the webbies. Carrots harvest every week on the same day and sell for 7kc. Strawberries yield a more numerous harvest because as many as 5 can come from each plant. However, they take about 2 days longer than carrots, and only sell for 6kc. If one cares about aesthetics, then strawberries are definitely the prettier of these two options. Remember, it seems to rain in Kinzville overnight, so the only tending necessary is raking and harvesting; no need to water.

2. By no means should you refrain from spending a little during the month. 3. I do like to try and set a daily goal, if I can. Thus, I first take all the webbies through their academy classes and then afterwards note the remaining kc as the day's starting point. Unfortunately, one never knows what Arte is going to have for sale, so sometimes daily goals are shot.

4. Come chat with the other members here. Sometimes just by connecting with others also determined to accomplish their own goals can boost one’s waning moral and rekindle the drive toward reaching that ultimate saving goal for the month.


I’m excited to get started with April! It means my birthday and Easter and SPRING! Hope to see lots of new faces and returning people with fresh new goals. I find it ironic that we are essentially turning the phrase “save for a rainy day” on it’s head here, since we are attempting to save DURING the rainy days and not spend.

Good start Bootes! I will post my goal as soon as WW gets over the "server upgrade" so I can figure out what I have and where I want to be. Think I'm at about 239,000, but I'll let you know tomorrow. Think I'll set my goal low as we are moving and I'm not sure about getting online each day as I move from one computer to another. Don't worry about tomorrow. We'll be there as soon as WW lets us get on and will do your stuff

I may adjust my starting kc once I am able to get into WW. Keeping it lower this month so I can finish my 8th garden and do some redecorating. We've got you and KiWi covered today.

Welcome iluvwebkinz84! Do you have a nickname? Thank you for reminding us about Quizzy's. I tend to forget how much can be earned there in such a short time. Do you garden? That's another good way to earn kc. Good luck on your goal!

Bootses I'm doing your Activities and Daily's. I left the Wheel of the Month, Wheel of Wow, and Wishing Well for you. I've harvested and raked half your gardens. I'll continue to work away at them during the day. You have some very lovely gardens!

Any tips for saving/earning kinzcash?:

Gardening is a good way to earn kc. make a whole garden yard.
Play games that give you kc easily. Booger Gets an A is one (1500 points can give you 80 kc, but it may take a while). Smoothie Moves and Pizza Palace are some more.
Take the survey. It's updated every Monday and Friday, and you get 50 kc for responding to the survey.
If you have any webbies that aren't on WW, adopt them! You get 2000 kc, and you may get the 1000kc coin!(after your 11th webkinz)

Hello! I'm here, I wouldn't miss this club for the world! I would fill out my two forms but, well servers are down. I am not really sure were I'm at on either account so ya, it would be hard to fill out the form.

Of course I am not a good explainer but here are my tips!

1. If you reach your goal in the middle of the month, or at the beginning then I suggest making a new goal. If you reach your goal at the end of the month then you should enjoy yourself and spend all the extra cash that's over your goal.

2. Don't be afraid of spending money to make money. You should by a garden. If you have a little money then buy a few plants to start with. Those few plants will keep harvesting and harvesting and soon you can make a big garden to earn lots of money with! =D

3. In huge gardens(more than 60 plants) don't make them harvest all the same time. It will be hard harvesting all those plants if you do...

4. Do dailies. they are a BIG help. if you don't have enough time to garden then just do dailies and maybe a game or two. you never know what you can get!

Yeah, the maintenance really messed me up too. Couldn't do the extra Wishing Well and now Arte says I've already done my gem hunt and the Wheel of WOW says I've done that too =P
