Hey! How are you? When ever I try to get into the tournament arena, it says webkinz world can't connect. I was wondering if it was it was me, or everyone. It would be GREAT to know.

That sometimes happens with the Kinzchat phone. Try turning it on BEFORE you go to the TA. I'm not sure, but it might help. It sometimes happens to me too, and I have to log out.

I wish they would just fix the darn kinzchat phone for good!

That happens every once in a while to me. I guess Ganz isn't perfect. I suggest becoming fully prepared to the Tournament Arena. That means you're kinzchat cell phone is turned on, you don't need to switch pets, and aren't just hanging around there for a while. Hope this helps!

Try clearing your cache and then logging out and back in

it might of been where you are. at my school they won't let us connect and play with people we don't know online, so they block it and the same message would come up. someone might have blocked connecting with other people in webkinz world.
