I just hit all the balloons in the middle row & one random one in the other rows. I think it's mostly luck.

Because it is not based on my frightening archery skills, [if there was an Academy Class for ARCHERY I could get better ] I just had fun & closed my eyes and clicked.

Well, if I'm not mistaken, I believe there is some kind of power meter at the bottom. I find it easier to aim for the top and bottom rows by watching the power meter.
