problem with WOW jackets?

I have won a wheel of wow jacket 4 times on 3 accounts, but after all of them it doesnt end up in my doc, does anyone else have this probleme?

Yes..I had two jackets but nothing in my dock.

Did you log out and log back on?

Is there a blank space in your dock, where a clothing item should be? If so, try hovering your mouse over the blank space and see if the name WOW jacket appears.

It's probably a programming glitch, and maybe a Mod or Admin here will find out and give an update on the front page. I wouldn't worry too much about it. Yet.

I called about this problem and they say to clear your cache, it SHOULD be there after you do that. I have 3 now, so I know it works

I'll try that, I just won a jackey and moyhing appeared in my dock either.

I've cleared cache, but still couldn't see the jackets when I was using Google Chrome. I switched to Internet Explorer and they appeared. If clearing your cache doesn't work, try using a different browser.

I've tried everything and still don't have my jacket. I wrote to Webkinz, and got an email back saying they are "aware of the problem."

Still no jacket though.
