I’m so glad to know I’m not the only one this happen too. But it really stinks that it's happening to so many people! It’s really frustrating especially if you have a good game going – that has taken a longer time and then if I’m winning BOOM - the other person quits. I know I have lost many times and never feel the need to quit. So I just don’t get why people are such poor losers on a computer game – where no one can see them lose but the 2 of you?! I guess you can chalk it up to there are some people that just don’t understand how to play fair no matter what the activity. And yes I completely agree – it’s a horrible example for not only the younger people but everyone in general. Originally Posted by Star Child I am so glad I found this thread! They should get extra money to the person/Webkinz who is left in a game when someone leaves. Like 25 extra Kinzcash or something.
Sorry, just needed to vent about this! That’s terrible. I’m so sorry for your granddaughter. What a quandary –having to try to explain that to her. I love your idea of the extra KC. What a wonderful idea. That would at least compensate the person who didn’t quit for staying in the game. | | | 06-26-2009, 01:19 AM | #14 | Diabetes Awareness Webkinz :) Join Date: Apr 2009 Posts: 988 | Re: Poor Losers in the PVP tournament area. I just started playing in the tournament arena and am already sick of it. I started because I love Quizzy's but so far almost every game the loser backs out. Forget it. I give up.
I totally agree that if someone quits before the game ends the other person should be awarded something. I am gonna send this to the suggestion section on WW Last edited by Joani; 06-26-2009 at 01:19 AM.. | | | 06-26-2009, 02:30 AM | #15 | Is Quite Indubitably Gifted Join Date: May 2009 Posts: 826 | Re: Poor Losers in the PVP tournament area. Not at all, you've witnessed they're going to leave unless they start winning, so why waste your time? | | | 06-26-2009, 02:38 AM | #16 | Call me Karen Webkinz :) Join Date: May 2009 Posts: 12,485 | Re: Poor Losers in the PVP tournament area. When I play whizkinz with people, just because I answer the questions rapidly and get the answers right anyway doesn't mean they shouldn't give up! I can't believe people. | | | 06-26-2009, 11:46 AM | #19 | Gift Guru Join Date: Feb 2008 Posts: 3,660 | Re: Poor Losers in the PVP tournament area. Sorry, just needed to vent about this! How sweet that you have a granddaughter that is happy when another person does well. God bless her little heart. I agree how do you tell your children that some people are not fair and people will not always do the right thing.
