It's very rare. It is still awareded randomly by hitting the traget.

I've only seen one person on here post that they won it. It's been within the last two months I think? They posted a picture and they said they didn't even hit the center of the target. If I remember correctly it wasn't even posted on the front page which I would think would be very newsworthy unless it's more common than I think.

i remember seeing the post about someone winning it. i have been in webkinz for years and had never seen one. i didn't know they existed. it is just a random award i think

It is a random award for hitting the target. It is very very rare.
