I have a friend whose shop sells Webkinz. Of course, I asked her about the Chocolate Lab. Man, does there seem to be an uproar over this thing! The minute customers started calling her about the CL she called her GANZ rep. Quite frankly, her rep was floored! Apparently, this was not supposed to be released yet. Her GANZ rep said folks in Canada were in an absolute freak out over the leaked info. It looks lie the Choc lab will be released soon; however, he was not supposed to steal the husky/raccoon thunder.

Yes, I'm sure it will be a "soon to be released". By the time folks had called my contact, the WW image was already off the catalog screen. Eeeek! At least we know there is a Choco Lab a-coming! I only wish Ganz woud dispense with the dramatics. | | | |

In my opinion, if it was supposed to be a big secret, they shouldn't have made the chocolate lab best friends with so many adoptees. For instance, we just adopted a new webkinz and in it's bio it said the chocolate lab was it's best friend. | | | |
