Yes, they change hourly. There's a thread of "savers" (link in my signature, above the pic), and some members who spend so much time dedicated to tracking the sales have figured out it goes on a 12-hour cycle every day.
So, there will be 12 items from 1 AM-12 PM one day, and another twelve the next day.

Yes but if you like one & dont leave the outlet when the hour is up you can still keep buying after the hour is up , as long as you dont leave the outlet !! Once you leave the outlet & its a new hour the item will change !! Also all items are on a 12 hour cycle right now , They begin at 12 am , Have fun !!
