I have a problem? When I tried to log my dresses in today it told me that the code had already been used. Has anyone had this problem and if so what to do?

I had this happen too, I have 2 codes that I didn't enter in imediately and they say they are used. What we have to do is call Ganz and tell them. Someone at WI had this happen, called, and were given instructions to e-mail the used code and some account info. Bottom line, you have to call Ganz! I have to call them tomorrow too...just been putting it off

Did anyone call ganz? How did they take care of the problem?
I have 2 codes I had sent to different address on our home account. They don't work. I got 2 more and had the codes sent to my hotmail account and the girls said they got the dresses. What would WW be without glitches?

Yes, I called, and they did not mail me new codes, instead they just gave me the dresses.
