also, when we get a automated responce like we so often do, i have also read on many posts that if you specifically tell them in your email you want a responce from a human, often they get a human and an answer...............................

i also read something earlier on this thread about pig latin. someone tried that (sorry i cant remember who it was................. ) and i guess we can start trying that if you really want a certain spelling and its the right name..........................

I think I am going to keep filling out that form on all of my accounts until they answer my questions about the banned combos. Maybe if we all do that they will get the point that we don't like what they have done with the filters. I am going to fill one out of each account every morning until I get some answers.

They wouldn't even let me use my name when I opened an account. My name is Paula and they said that word isn't aloud. Now I am beginning to wonder of Paula is a bad work in some other country. I had to register my account with Paul. How ridiculous is that!!

Well I got an email back from them a few minutes ago telling me to call them so they can help me better. I guess filling out the form over and over again on all 3 accounts helped.

Ok I just talked to a lady at webkinz. She said that when they moved the system over to international that it messed up the north american system and started blocking letter combos that would be offensive in france or somewhere else. And that they are working on fixing the problem. She said they hope to have it fixed by this thursday or friday but it could take up to a month. Hope this helps everyone.

I find my mind reaches far past what I figure most think. I couldn't use Duchess and I know another who couldn't use Lassie. I assumed it was because both had sounds in them that were similar to our 'backsides'! Being in the medical field I guess that is why I think that way.... but Ganz? See 'mon' is very close to a body part or area should I say. That is why I think they threw it out. Who the heck knows? Yet that doesn't fit with La or To. Heck those fit with no slang that I know of for anything 'bad'.

Well I asked her about the name Bella and she said that there is nothing wrong with that name doesn't know why it is blocking it.
