No, I had mine in one of my rooms and when I went into the room, the Candy Collection came up and I was able to carve the pumpkin from there. I closed it a couple of times and reentered the room to see if the Candy Collection screen would appear again, and it did. On my other account, I had the pumpkin in my dock and when I placed it in my room the screen came up that let me carve it. Try that and see if you can carve yours. Hope that helps!

I've checked my 3 accounts that I didn't get to carve and tried your suggestions, but nothing happens. Bummer! I guess I'll have to give in and call. YUK!
