Default How to Fix a Broken Eye of a Tree Frog [Contains Pictures!]

Hiya, people. Well, what I usually like to do is take pictures of my Webkinz and post them here on WI, and today there was snow on the ground, so I brought some of my Webkinz outside to play. I did what I usually do, which is throw my Webkinz in the sled, kick-start the sled, and jump into it when it's about to go down the hill. Today I did that, and when I got off, I noticed a Tree Frog eye. I realized, that my Tree Frog's eye fell off!

I almost cried, because wouldn't you be upset if your Webkinz's eye fell out? But then I thought "Oh, a little glue could fix it."

So, I brought my little Tree Frog inside, and placed him on a flat desk, and I pulled out some Scotch permanent glue.

So I applied some glue to the back of the eye (more in the middle)...

Then I stuck it back on him.

A while later (probably an hour or more), I went to check on him, and I was very happy, for the glue had dried. I even shook him around with light force to make sure the glue wasn't weak, and his eye stayed on!

So, yes, I am happy I saved my Tree Frog's eye, and my little Hopkinz is happy that he has both eyes to see the world with.

So, I hope you've enjoyed this and found it useful!

-Kat and Hopkinz

UPDATE! For those of you wondering, Hopkinz is over a year old. I got him around Halloween 2007.

What a lovely guide! I'll be sure to refer back to it if my webkinz's eye ever falls out! That sounds like fun, taking them sledding, I ought to try that! Hopkins is verrry lucky to have an owner like you!
