The Halloween Gift for 2009. Like/Dislike/Hate? I would like to hear a few opinions, I have a few of my own!

Overall this WW Halloween has been very disappointing. Yes we got some costumes but only 2 new furniture items - and really, don't we all like to decorate our rooms rather than collect costumes? The costumes look better on our dock than on our pets.

The mask is one of the worst (if not THE worst) item in WW. The trick or Treat thing would have been fine - I liked the cool looking candy but I am not a food collector - if the screen would not freeze every time the ghost appeared.

Even the super wheel was bad - this is a wheel they only bring out a couple of times a year, would it kill them to put good prizes in it? I am a bit bitter since I got the Curio Shop lamp

I play in a couple of other sites and Halloween has been full of great prizes, surprises, freebies and items in their shops. It seems lately WW has been neglecting the things already in place but keep adding stuff we don't need (or can afford since they all seem to be pay to play things).

I agree that there should have been more furniture instead of costumes. I guess they were just trying to increase the kinzstyle outlet's popularity since it probably isn't as popular as it used to be when PJ collie was letting people have more than one sale item and when the clothing recipes weren't already solved. I think I will buy some more costumes in the hopes that they will retire some next year but I would have really liked some more of that older furniture. I think they shouldn't have retired the TV for example (they should have at least made a new one.)

I saw the mask before today in the Rumors section, and I thought it was creepy. I didn't open my Halloween bag because I would rather see the bag than the creepy mask. The soda and w-shop pop might as well stay in the bag, too.

I did enjoy ghost hunting on Friday and Saturday (it made up for the frustrating week). It should have been like that either all week, or every hour for just the weekend.

Technically it isn't free being that you have to spend money to even be on Webkinz....and considering how much it costs to be a part of all the extra stuff, Ganz could have definatley done a better job with the gifts....c'mon people a gift that can be bought in the Wshop. Very disappointed.

I don't like how it takes away the pet's ears when they wear the mask, which looks more like a dinosaur than a skeleton. I put it on my bat, and she looks really creepy without her ears. Really creepy. And I'll probably just put the food in a fridge. . . I'd feel too guilty feeding it to my pet.

Let's hope the next year is better!

I was a little miffed that they put a PUMPKIN POP in there, sheesh. At least make a new food item to give us if you're just going to stick food in there, don't use one we've already been buying up all October!
