Ok so first off I don't know if it's ok to ask this; but is there anybody else who can't enter any of those Webkinz Newz click to win and other contests, because of where they live? I got so frustrated because I could never get any of those awesome prize unless I traded a bunch of stuff for it... There's a whole section of prize I couldn't get in the Picture Gallery! I mean they get all this stuff for free while I'm trading some exclusives and some times rares just to get one of those prizes! Because of that I Quit webkinz for a few months!
I really think that Ganz needs to send a survey to all the accounts asking if they live in one of those areas that your not allowed participate in contests. Then for those who live in those areas can get side ad's or other events on the webkinz site so that they can actually get the items without trade all their stuff away.
I also don't like these Parent contests and click to wins. Some parents are wayyyy too busy to do this or they might not want to do it...
Ok that was my ranting vent... So what do you think about this matter?
Edit: Yes I know there are laws that restrict Ganz from allowing those people from participating, that's why I suggested the survey.

I am sorry. I think it would be nice if everyone got the prizes. There must be a reason GANZ doesn't have these available, but I don't know it so all I can give is my sympathy and say that I too hope GANZ releases things for all country's in the near future. (I live in the US)
There are some places in the US & Canada where you're not allowed to participate as well... I believe that Ganz does it because there are certain laws for those places where they aren't allowed to make it open for people that live there. Like I said before I think that Ganz should send out a survey so people that can't do the stuff on Webkinz Newz can somehow get the opportunity to get the prizes on their webkinz account.
i mean i can understand why your upset, but some states have laws where you can't actually do "special" things like that, i know that sounds silly, but i do think webkinz should at least do something for people who can't get the prizes off the webkinz news
Unfortunately it's not just Ganz, all the giveaways and contests have restrictions because of state laws. Not much Ganz can do. If they try to get around the law they would face huge fines and could be shut down as a result. Not something that's worth the risk for a company.
I wish everyone could get them but until the laws change it's not going to happen. Hopefully you can find some traders that don't want their items and you can get them cheap. Have you tried to join the gift trading section here? The value on the items is usually pretty low at first so it may be easier for you to get them that way then in the trading room. Good luck
Yes I understand that there are laws restricting Ganz from letting those places participate. That's why I suggested the survey thing in my original post.
But Ganz should certainly know that if they do soooo many contests and click to wins on WebkinzNewz (like they have been) that people are going to be left out and aren't going to loved them for making it fun for only certain people.
