I'd say the Bowling Alley because it's hard to find. Even though I already have one I'd still buy another one and either keep it or trade it for another hard to find item

The Green Lava!!! I actually have 2 bowling alleys, a lounge chair, and a green lava. I used my wish tokens for the green lava and would still like another!

I'd get the bowling alley, even though it's 10,000kc. My kids love playing with it, and even though they like the lava lamp, too (they have one in real life, which they think is just fascinating), they can't do anything with it.
