Default Clicking Happy, Sad, Happy, Sad.....

Hi all. I was just wondering what this means in the TR when people click back and forth on your item and it goes happy, sad, happy, sad and so on and so on.....Are they asking me to add more, change the item? It is difficult to work within the limited choices we can use to talk with in the TR so I would appreciate it is anyone can tell me what this might be code for...thanks in advance.

Ahh...thank you. That will be good to use myself because sometimes I see something that I am iffy about. Thanks.

This is how I use it.. I am trying to let them know that I am undecided on that item so I don't want them to take it down yet but I would like to see if they have anything else that I would prefer to trade for. (Since there is no maybe button )

I do this when it is an item in a certain theme that I want more of.
Say, before I completed the Scientist theme, someone put up a Think Tank. I clicked back & forth because in my head it reminded me of a flashing sign. They understood and then put up a Manic Monitor and a Dream O Meter. Since I didn't need another think tank, I red faced it and green faced the other two and we traded.

sometimes i quickly do that but red, green, red, just that, when the person wants to trade something i dont want. they usually then change it. =)

like they click ready to trade, but i frowned all the items they put up, so ill go green, red on them.

but thats just me. =)

That's exactly what I do. I was trying to finish off the Trading Card Gamers theme but the only thing you can say is I want Game stuff. Doesn't always come across as the Gamers theme and I end up getting checkers.

So when they put up a Gamers chair that I already have but really want something else from that theme then I go red green red green and end up on green. Hopefully they understand. Some times it works and some times it just confuses everyone!!! LOL

Me and my friend did it to each other a few days ago and it was just for fun. Maybe they just like doing that or they are trying to say, "Maybe..." then "Yes!" and then finally "No." and leave it on the sad face. What I think they are doing is they are still thinking. idk. It's up to you what you think.

hmmm interesting~ i never thought there was any code behind it. when i see people do that i just remove the item because the "blinking" drives me nuts. it is very hard to interpret what is going on in there sometimes

When I switch, all it means to me is that I have changed my mind, and I do not want the item anymore.

But does anyone else have this problem. I have faces on the items, and then, when someone changes an item that I did not want, all of the data with the smiley faces disappears.
