How did this even happen?

Okay, so I was just logging on to each of my accounts and checking them since I've been really busy lately. I knew that 2 of them had been banned for a month last month. I figured they should've been unbanned by now.
The first one i logged into, I find that it's now banned permanently.
I know for a fact that it was banned for a month. For what reason, I honestly don't know. But now its banned forever? How? I haven't even been on that account in a while.
Let me point out, I never say bad words, talk about things that little kids shouldn't hear, mention WI or other sites, give out personal info, nor do I talk about relationships anymore. I've even stopped the 'play fighting'.


Is it just a glitch? Has anyone else gotten this lately?

I'm guessing that the Kinzchat+ system was lagging of late, so it just caught up with another mishap that happened before you were banned for a month. I'm sorry this happened to you.

If that's true, then why were you banned in the first place? You also said that TWO of your accounts were banned - if two independent accounts were banned with the sole constant being you, then I find it hard to believe that you "never" do any of the things you mentioned. It's just common sense.

I agree with Jarrett, that seems to be the most likely scenario. If you're still unsure, then just call Ganz.

You could call Ganz... Perhaps they could unban it for you if they really did say "one month ban", but unless you got a screenshot or something of it, they may not believe you. They've probably had people do that before...

I usually get banned for getting into huge arguments. xD You know, when those snotty people come into a room and get mad at me for whatever reasons, and.... yeah. Once I got banned because (this was before they had the restaurant room) I was in the outdoor room and calling this person a 'booger' because he wouldn't get off the trampoline/'grill'... Haha, just a bit of memories there... good times, good times.

I hope you get it all figured out!

Give them a call and ask why. When I was banned they read me word for word what I had said (quite embaressing LOL).

I don't think this is a glitch. This can happen, day bans can change to week bans. Or month bans can turn into forever bans. It happened to me once. Again Ganz and their laggy ban system which needs upgrading to make it more efficient. (Their new silencing is pointless and needs to go, that's another story) Plus not only that but if your banned once you now have started a ban record. If you get banned to many times its possible it will eventually turn into forever. I'm sorry this happened to you.

Hmm, if your really not sure then I suggest you call Ganz and ask about it..
But this did happen to me recently. I was using my backup account in KC+ and I was supposed to be banned for 30 days.. Then maybe 2 weeks ago I went and looked again and it nows says i'm banned permanently.
Also, bans do change sometimes.
Like once I got banned for a day then it changed into a week, and then if you get banned for a week, it can change into a month.
But sometimes any of these change into forever.

Omg I should check my account. I got banned last month and should be uplifted July 21 i haven't been on in awhile but I should check on that. Plus the system has been lagging
