How do I find Doug?

Doug hangs out in the Collector's Room of the Clubhouse in both KinzChat and KinzChat Plus. Doug appears in each of the color zones once per day. Visit the final post in this thread to find out what color zone Doug is in now, and then go to a Collector's Room in that zone.



How do I pick the zone?

Turn on your Webkinz phone and wait a few moments for it to fully "load". Then, click on the word "zone". This will bring up an option for you to "choose a new zone".



What do I do next?

Just click on Doug and he'll start talking to you. He'll tell you what level of gem he's looking for and ask you if you want to trade. If you say "no", he won't take any of your gems, but you also won't get another chance to trade that day. If you say yes, Doug will tell you exactly what gems he wants and, if you have them, he will take them from you and give you a prize.



What if I don't have the gem(s)?

If you don't have the gem(s) Doug is looking for, you don't get a prize. The next time you make a trade with Doug and you do have the gem(s) he wants, he'll give you KinzCash instead of a prize. So, it's important to make sure you have a lot of gems in your inventory before you try trading with Doug.

How many times a day can I trade with Doug?

Each pet you have can visit and trade with Doug once per day. But, remember, each pet is trading out of the same Gem Collection. If you don't want to risk not having the gem(s) Doug wants, it's best to only trade with one or two Webkinz per day.

What are the prizes?

Here they are, listed in the order they are awarded. After one Webkinz has received all 20 prizes from Doug, he/she can continue trading, staring back over with the first prize.



What is happening with this thread? Why was it changed?
