help on booger gets an a please

alright so i'm new to this so if i'm wrong someone tell me please but i played this game and it sarted out as really hard but then seemed to get really easy and eventually i quit becuase i had been playing the same game without loing for close to four hours and when i was dont i was was supposed to recieve 2047 kinzcash and the high score for the game and i took a picture of it but i cant load it up here for some reason but the message read "the score you achieved is greater than the maximum reasonable score for this game. Your score will not be submitted and you will not recieve your kinzcash." now is there anyway of contacting someone becuase i think i deserve my money so someone please let me know any ideas on how to contact webkinz to recieve my cash.

The same thing happened when eager beaver adventure park first came out. What has happened is you got a score they did not think you could get. You did really really good BTW!! I am not sure if they will do anything about it but you could e-mail them and tell them what occured. Sorry that you did not get your KC, did you at least get your trophy for it?

You welcome and I hope they do something for you. check out some of the threads and you will be able to win a trophy if you did that good. It took me awhile but I got one.

Some games they put in a maximum allowable score, since some people figure out how to cheat and collect unreasonable amounts of money. What I don't understand is why to they have it set up so that you can play till level 30 if they thing it's unreasonable to do so.

One day my computer was running really slowly, so I wanted to see how far I could play. It got a bit faster after level 10, but around level 20 it really slowed down, and I could have played indefinitely. I quit when I got to around 3000 KC, but also got nothing. I had played it to about 1000 KC before, and did get the money.

So I share your frustration - wasted about 2 hours of my time for nothing!

Oh, and e-mailing them is a waste of time - your either get a "form" letter, or no reply at all. Calling generally works better.

Like Ritzcracker said, there is a maximum scoring achievable for some games - in this instance, it has been reported to be 30,000 points. So if you earn <30,000 points you will be awarded your KC.

That was a phenomenal score you achieved!
