Hey Everyone! I am new to this site but not to webkinz! So, I was thinking of adding a movie theater to my home on webkinz world. However, I realized that the movie screen is a rare item! So, do you guys think I should still make the movie theater with the hopes of someday getting the movie screen or should I not? Also, does anyone know when the movie screen will be at the curio shop? Thanks!
I say go for it! I have two rooms for my theater - a lobby with concessions and then the theater. It took me forever to save up for the screen, and to be home when it came up for sale, but finally got it!
I love the idea of using TV(s) in the meanwhile...

I think you should go ahead and make your theater. Just make sure that you have an entire wall available in a large room, with no doors on that wall. The screen won't fit in a medium room or on a wall with a door in a large room.
There is no way to know when it will appear next, but I have seen them from time to time in the Clubhouse trading rooms. I'm sure you will be able to get one sooner or later, and if you have the room ready, you can just pop it right in. Good luck getting one.
Here's my movie room, I had lots of fun making it. Eventually I did add the movie screen to it, but you can see that it's not essential. The placement of the items, so that your webkinz can walk about, get their ticket, buy popcorn and walk to their seats, is a challenge.
The Colossal Movie Screen shows up randomly in the Curio Shop, perhaps once every month or 2. Just watch our notice at the top of the forum page, we will get a 14 hours notice from Asian accounts. There is no way of predicting more in advance than 14 hours.
I definitely would. I had my room ready for about six months before the screen became available. It was soooo hard not to spend the 40,000KC on other items, but I managed not to and was able to finally add my screen. I ended up making two rooms - one concession & tickets, the other one just for the screen room. Just remember you need one complete wall in a large room for the screen - no doorways

I would go ahead and start to make it. if you check this site daily you will eventually know when the item will be available. just make sure you keep enough money to buy it
You might be able to find it in trade too. If you go to the kinz chat and ask around you might find it.
