Fall Fest Leaf Timing and Other Questions Answered

Are you wondering where the leaves are? How often they are falling? Why aren't there more of them? Well wonder no more!

Thanks to our Webkinz Insider leaf hunters we can tell you that the timing of the leaves is currently at 11 minutes. This means that you have a chance to see a leaf every 11 minutes. Earlier this morning the timing was still at 6 minutes, so it's possible that the timing could change again at any time with no notice. We'll keep you updated as soon as we know.

UPDATE 6:10 PM KT - The leaves are now on a 5 minute schedule.

UPDATE 9:50 AM KT Tuesday September 21st - The leaves are currently on a 9 minute schedule.

UPDATE 4 PM KT Tuesday September 21st - The leaves are back on a 5 minute schedule.

UPDATE 9 AM KT Wednesday September 22nd - The leaves are on a 9 minute interval schedule this morning. ***Remember*** this means you have a CHANCE to get a leaf every 9 minutes from the time you get your first one, you may not get one every 9 minutes though.

Many members have also been wondering about the frequency of the leaves since leaf sightings have been few and far between. Webkinz Insider Founder Justin has reported that he's heard from Ganz that they are aware of the slowness. Ganz has the timing adjusted so leaves fall less when kids are in school and more when they are out of school. They are looking into improving the odds.

All I told him is I just wondered because I do not allow my kids much computer time so my day is spent clicking leaves lol he laughed and said he understood, I told him I wasn't complain by no means and his response was "It's okay! We need the feedback!" Before we hung up he asked me my name and asked the user names for the accounts we are using. I gave him the information so I imagine he will use it for geographic reasons (to see where we are and pin point that to where others are that are having trouble seeing leaves)

That is good to hear! I'm glad that the school kids will have about the same advantage as those at home. Too bad for me though! I have the mornings off xD

i have been on since six this morning with both IE and Firefox and have not seen a single leaf. Not sure why

They need to fall more period. They know adults do webkinz too. Also the younger children around 4 & 5
that aren't in school get computer time during the day so the school age siblings can go on after school.
Try explaining that to them.Come on [notranslate]ganz[/notranslate] PLEASE let the leaf FLY!!!!!!!

I am also looking for leaves for two days and have seen no leaves. I was in park last night for 3 hours with 8 friends and they all saw leaves and I did not. This is so frustrating/ I need the [notranslate]ganz[/notranslate] phone number in numbers please as the z is not on my phone and do not know the number using 12-866-webkinz.Please advise

I have been looking for them and have made it a point to be in my room for long periods at a time just to try and catch a leaf and have seen none. Not at 6 min and not at 11min. I even clreared my cache hoping that would help. My poor animals want leaves.

Oh, thank you SO MUCH for this update, it's incredibly helpful! I've had both my and my daughter's accounts open in the background all day today and have been very annoyed at how few leaves I've been seeing and have also noticed that the chances are definitely NOT coming in multiples of 6 minutes anymore! Knowing that I'm not simply going insane is a great reassurance.

thank you for the update..

I definitely believe [notranslate]Ganz[/notranslate] has once again dropped the ball.. same issues time after time.. the fix is simple make the leave fall faster and more frequntly.. and as a programer married to a programer the fix really is simple.. I have to say Im getting very frustrated with [notranslate]ganz[/notranslate] and all its glitches.. getting tired of my kids getting excited for something just to have them be disappointed because [notranslate]ganz[/notranslate] /webkinz glitches.. we spend thousands a year on webkinz products and dealing with all this frustration and disappointment is seriously making me reevaluate that.. I hope [notranslate]ganz[/notranslate] is listening: leaves should be falling faster easier all day at all times not just eastern time when they think kids get home from school there are all time zone playing, not to mention the moms dads and other adults who have spent money to play..

At least one of my accounts is getting it at 6 minute intervals. I got one at :17 past then another at :23 past on the same account.

While I appreciate the update (thank you Justin!!), don't they realize that parents HELP the kids? Sounds like by the way it is worded, it is almost a competition between parents and kids. Aren't there enough pixals to go around??

Thanks WI for the info. I've been on my American acct. waiting for falling leaves for about 15 hours total throughout the weekend (yes, I got absolutely NOTHING done that was productive!

) and have still only found 8 leaves. All but two of those have been the old items that I unfortunately already have. I hope this picks up because I can't keep this up and my kiddo's certainly don't have the patience to wait for them. On another note... I LOVE the new items this year!!

This is EXACTLY what they said last year, and the leaves still fell painfully slow after school then also. The kids were out of school over the weekend, and the leaves were barely falling. Why is this such a big surprise to them every single year? Maybe next year, as soon as [notranslate]Ganz[/notranslate] lets us know the dates for Fall Fest, we should all call and write them and say, "Remember to turn the leaves on this year. Remember to make them fall faster. Remember how upset everyone was."
