Issues with NEW DELUXE BONUS memberships - *UPDATED*


webkinz cheatsWe have had reports that the new Deluxe Bonus account membership upgrades are not activating or they are causing Credit Card information to skew. Right now if you go to the eStore to upgrade your Webkinz accounts to the Deluxe membership and add the 4 additional accounts, your Credit Card information skews to a different date than you provided.
 
Webkinz Insider Member, Jagular, reported that she was able to renew, but has not received all gifts in her accounts nor the bonus gift. She is waiting further updates from her rep. Webkinz Insider members Debkinz123 and Peace1430 have had their information skew and have not been able to activate the Membership or get the bonus family upgrades. Webkinz Insider member Valntom cancelled her previous $2/month membership in preparation for today's upgrade, had been told it was de-activated but still has access to the Deluxe benefits.  ynssss reports that she has been unable to make a purchase using her American Express card because the system keeps asking her for a 16th digit, and AMEX Cards only have 15 digits.
 
Multiple calls to Ganz Customer Support has confirmed that this is a PRIORITY ISSUE and they are working feverishly to resolve it. We will keep you updated as we get more information. For now it is suggested that you hold off upgrading your accounts until we have an all clear from Ganz.
 
Update (August 31st @ 8:45pm EST) - Thanks to WI member Peace1430 for informing us that all Credit Card issues have been resolved by the Ganz Estore team, members should now be able to purchase the new deluxe bonus accounts without any further problems.

Another issue is if you are trying to pay with Amex it won't let you as it keeps saying you need to enter 16 numbers in the credit card area but Amex has only 15 numbers

I renewed my membership earlier today,before I heard about any problems. As far as I can tell from the conformation email from the estore,it went through fine. Time will tell,if it kicks back in after Sept 2 when the old Deluxe expires. I did get the bonus estore points in my account though.

Just someone in shipping and receiving with dyslexia, D-Bird Minor Oversight, Goober can easily be misread as Booger and Vice Versa

As this involves money and credit card numbers, you would have thought [notranslate]Ganz[/notranslate], would have been right on track, with this. Hope they work it out for everyone trying to go Deluxe. Thanks goodness, I don't need to renew till next April.I don't think I have EVER seen anything NEW work right away. Getting to expect this and might as well accept it. [notranslate]Ganz[/notranslate] will never change the way they do things!

I just talked to a CS rep at [notranslate]Ganz[/notranslate] and he explained that what is getting messed up is the Month of the credit card expiration. For some reason when you click to pay that number bumps up one (i.e. 6 becomes 7), so your expiration date reads as invalid. VERY odd exception: if your expiration month is "7" it works just fine. He said they thought they'd have it fixed in the next hour or so.

While talking to him I noted that I've NEVER been asked for payment info withOUT a street address field. He agreed that was pretty weird (from a personal perspective).

I hope they get it resolved today so I can get August monthly gifts.

Well, here is hoping *crosses fingers* Because I think there are a lot of people who would love o to get the new deluxe bonus memberships today.
Jagular has reported that her membership is fully effective now and has received all gifts. She just has to wait until her old membership runs it course before the new Deluxe kicks in and she gets her Deluxe prize.

See - there is only ONE Family Deluxe Programming - the one we all used to have!
If [notranslate]Ganz[/notranslate] went with that one, and worked on a new one, they could have all the goobers and boogers worked out, and introduce a new one in 2020?!
