*UPDATE* eStore Mammoths go MIA on Webkinz World Accounts


'My Mammoth is missing!' and 'There is no character in the Mammoth box!' as well as 'I am being locked out of the room that my Mammoth is in!' have been the complaints that we have been hearing from many of our members since the last maintenance on Wednesday.
 
Some have written to the Customer Support and have stated that Ganz is aware of the situation and are working on a solution. Many people here are wondering if it may have something to do with a conflict with the New Mammoth due to be released in August. We will keep you updated as we have more information.
 
For now, if you are experiencing any of these problems, please call 1-866-WEB-KINZ (1-866-932-5469).  NOTE: They will only accept calls from people above the age of 18 years.
*UPDATE* @webkinz Twitter announced that ALL Wooly Mammoths have been restored to their rightful owners along with a name Change. It will be known as a PREHISTORIC Mammoth Instead of a Woolly Mammoth. The name Woolly will be reserved for the new plush due in August.
Thank you Ganz for acknowledging and fixing this so quickly.

I was also thinking that it might be something about the new Plushie Mammoth, I hope it is not the same cause the people who bought it in the Ganz eStore will be upset because everyone likes buying Plushs better cause you don't have to spend 20$ worth of eStore points just to get 1 Pet. Do I make a point, but I hope they do make them into Plushs for people who don't have the eStore version. But The Plush Mammoth looks different from the eStore one. It might be named the Fluffy Mammoth. Ganz is really running out of ideas.

Yep I am locked out of my mammoths room, he is also missing from my pets page, and I have other pets in the room also, hope they get this fixed soon.

Thanks for the update, just called Ganz and they are still working on the problem. To bad, to-day was the day I was redoing the rooms with the stone age theme, for Wooley and my other pre historic pets. Always tomorrow.

Wow, that is bad! I hope ganz fixes this problem soon! For a while, they had a similar problem with the bull frogs.

If you are 18 years old or older you just tell them what is happening on your account. Have all of the information ready for your account (user name, password and a pet code from one of your pets) that way they can 'fish around' in your account and see what is going on. Don't worry, they don't want any of your stuff, they are VERY trustworthy, believe me. I have had them work with mine LOTS

I think they know that a LOT of people have problems with their Mammoths. If they fix one mammoth, they will fix them all No worries, you can rest easy and they will fix yours, too. I guess what they do is put the Mammoth code (not the same one you adopted with, but a drawing 'part number' and they will search it and fix it when they figure it out. That way ALL of the Mammoths get fixed, not just the people who called.
