Ganz has announced that Webkinz World players will have some chances to win the Sparkling Pegasus soon!  In early April the Webkinz Newz is going to have a contest, and there will be two more chances to win these Pets on Webkinz Day.  No details yet, but as soon as more information is made available, we will bring it to you here.  It is worth noting that the Webkinz Newz listing for this pet has been updated to reflect that it is a "Prize Pet" and not an eStore pet.

Glad to hear there will be more chances to win this pet since it won't be eStore. I love the PSI. I wonder if there will be more chances throughout the year since they said it was a "prize only" pet for 2010?

Why is it that Florida residents cannot enter the Webkinz Newz contests? I live in Florida, so I'm unable to enter any of the Webkinz Newz contests.

I'm a bit disappointed that you have to win this pet. Because I live in New York, I cannot enter the contests. Unless they have changed the rules, residents of New York, Florida and Quebec are not allowed to enter Ganz contests. We can spend our money to BUY their products but we can't win them. Ahhh well, C'est la vie!

I personally believe that Webkinz should have made it an eStore pet. Me and my friends have sent multiple messages to Ganz to make a pegasus. A "prize only" pet is not what I expected. I am disappointed in Ganz.

Thanks for the info. I want this pet real bad. I hope that they just give them away eventually. Or maybe they could make something like the Holiday Celebrations, where you find a certain number of "Pegasus Charms" and get the pet. That would be SOOO COOL
