April 2010 Birthstone Pet is the Diamond Doggy

We can now also bring you the news today that the April, 2010 birthstone pet from the Ganz eStore is going to be the Webkinz Diamond Doggy. This cute pup comes with the Diamond Piano as its PSI and the Diamond Dipped Sugar Cone as its PSF. Remember, the birthstone pets are virtual-only pets sold at the eStore for their featured month. This pet will be available from the Ganz eStore from April 1st - April 30th.

Enough with the dogs..How bout Diamond Dingo if you wanna keep it a dogish type? I'd have loved a Diamond Dolphin-with sparkles that shoot up from the blowhole! omg If you need help thinking up GOOD ideas, you know where to find the entire WI community!

That PSI is gorgeous!!! I only have the birthstone pup for my birth month so far, but I might have to break down and get this one. Doggy looks kind of ghostly - I think he's cute!

I like the PSI.. but why are they making them all look like beagles??? I won't be getting this one, even though my birthday is in April.

i am with dragon. i do not like the dog, but i do like the piano and cone, but that is all. i was going to buy it for my son, because of his b-day is in april, but now i do not know. ganz needs to go back to the drawing board on this one.

I agree with diamond too-- Stop with the dogs already!! I love the piano- but will pass because I just don't want the dog.

I think that once they finish the months with the dogs, they will switch animals. I am assuming they will keep with one animal for a full year and then switch to a different one each year.

I agree that he looks very sickly.

I love that PSI. I really wish Ganz would have used different dogs though. Like a Yorkie or German Shepard or even the Pug or Bulldog! I wonder if Ganz will continue the Birthstone theme after April since it started with May last year. If they do will they start over with the same pets? Or would we get an entirely new assortment of monthly pets? Perhaps Cats? haha Guess we'll have to wait and see!

This works out well for me, I've been waiting for this dog since the begining(asuming it would be multi colored and have a webkinz W diamond on it) but after the Captains Chair & Pegasus I decided not to buy anything. Now it will be easy because although the piano rocks, the Dog does not!

I am kinda disappointed in this one. I have not been a fan of the Birthstone pets but I was holding out hope for my birthday month. Nope no such luck. The PSF is pretty but not worth the money for the pet.

The piano is so so so so so so so so cute!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The dog is wierd weird wierd weird though. I won't be getting this one, but I will be looking for that piano!!
