Glitch Affects Distribution of Deluxe Membership Points

This past weekend, Ganz ran a promotion during which all players who were signed up for a Deluxe Membership would receive an extra 3,000 in eStore points.  Unfortunately, it appears that there was a problem with the distribution of the points.  The feature codes for the points were supposed to arrive via e-mail on December 21st, but we have been getting reports from many of our members that the messages never showed up.
 
Webkinz Insider member Gram2Four spoke with a customer service representative on Thursday morning (yes, Christmas Eve), and she had this to report:
 
I just called Ganz and they are open today. They had a major glitch with sending out the free 3,000 estore points email and she was very polite and I received my email in less than 3 minutes. 1-888-818-8770 is direct line to Ganz estore.
 
So, if you have a Deluxe Membership, and you have not yet received your points, please contact the Ganz eStore Customer Service department.  Remember, these feature codes are only valid until December 31st.  If you do not enter your codes by Thursday, you will miss out on this bonus.

even though i nave webkinz "no reply" on my safe senders list, the delux points email still went into my junk folder.
I found it and cashed points just fine.

I didn't get my points on the 21st either, I sent Ganz an e-mail on the customer service page and recieved them promptly....alot better then sitting on the phone for hours!

After lots of searching I found the special e-mail from Ganz in my spam folder. Was very happy to get the extra points - hope it works out for everyone else, too!

will i be able to call about the points if the account is technically under my boyfriends name and email? cuz he's at work all day...

I called- no waiting the phone was answered right away and in less then three minutes I had my points code! Now I just have to decide what to get... mmmgh so many choices!

I would give it a try, they ask you for your email address and first and last name of estore account holder

I called to get mine too.

But when I tried to enter the code it said it was invalid !

I called but they forwarded me and on and on for 5 minutes and then hung up.
So i emailed them but have not herd back.

Sorry for being so stupid about this, I just signed up yesterday and they awarded me 8,000 points....did I sign up to late for the extra bonus or it was included?
Anyone know if I should have received 8,000 or 11,000. i don't want to call them without a ligit problem.

Weird... I got it, entered the code and worked perfectly, and I spent it right on. It's sometimes lucky glitches never happen to me, but sometimes there are good glitches and I miss those too.

Well..... I wouldn't want to go through all that to get the 3000 points if that happened to me, and even though I do call them I wouldn't be the age appropriate (18+).
