Barnes & Noble Website Provides Clues to Possible New Webkinz

Thank you to all of the members who notified us of something unusal on the Barnes & Noble website.  It seems that many of you have found listings for Webkinz products that have not yet been announced by Ganz.  These pets are the Webkinz Moose, Triceratops, Baby Penguin, Clover Puppy, Ginger Cat, and Portuguese Water Dog.  There is also a listing for a German Shepherd.  It is worth noting that UPC number for the "old" German Shepherd, the one that has been retired by Ganz, does not match the UPC number for the Barnes & Noble listing.  Could this be the next Signature Webkinz?
 
Although at this point we have not been able to confirm the release of any of these new Webkinz with our sources, the announcement of the Daisy Tortoise in the Webkinz Newz earlier today leads us to believe that the odds of these being actual upcoming Webkinz are pretty good.  As soon as any more information on these potential Webkinz becomes available, we will bring it to you here.

Does not suprise me about the water dog , everyone is trying to get in on the money there since the Obama family adoped Bo the Port. water dog. I can not say I will be buying that one.. A clover puppy and a moose sound interesting though.

Triceratops is one of my favorite dinosaurs!!!!...And would love to see many of the other pets as well!!..Hope this is a leaked preview!! Thanks so much for the update!!

Have to wonder about the German Shepherd, though, could it be a Signature, maybe? Considering the numbers are different and I have not seen it as a re-release in Order?

Oh yeah!

Ganz listens, people, because they heard us clamoring for a moose!!!!!! My nieces will be soooooooo excited for that!!!!!

When my youngest niece first saw the reindeer in a gift shop, she thought, and hoped, it was a moose. She wanted a moose, and thought the perfect name for it would be Peanut Butter. If they're makin' a moose, she gettin' one!!!!!!

The BN website showing a penguin and a baby penguin. Since the original Penguins are retired, I wonder if one of these could be the rumored signature Penguin. Thanks for the update Justin.
