Zumwhere glitch with Bratty Zums (Zehe)

When Webkinz Insider member marthaaa spotted a new Bratty Zum, Zehe today, her Field Guide did not update to show Zehe in her collection - the spot where Zehe was supposed to show in her Bratty Zums page was only blinking with stars.  After logging off and logging back in Zehe still did not appear.

Marthaaa also states that once you collect 100 Red Zummies you're not awarded any more Red Zummies, but she received 2 Zummies (1 Green and 1 Yellow).

We hope that the Zehe will show up in her collection soon.

That happened to my son a week or two ago. He passed a challenge, but then wasn't awarded the Zum that he had found - of course it had to be one he didn't have!

if you look at how the zummies counts are shown... xx/100 that says that the max is 100.. my suggestion is to spend them or is there some items that requires more than 100 of a color...?

I hope they iron this problem out... she has worked so hard and done so well to be held back now

The same thing happened to me with Zehe a month ago. Unfortunately, he still hasn't shown up in my Field Guide yet.

I was awarded the Zummies.

The same thing happened to me with the Zehe zummie a few weeks ago. I took a screen shot also. I sent a message to Ganz about the problem via their online customer support form and basically got a reply back stating the functionality of the Webkinz site is not guaranteed. No other explanation was given.

Sorry, just wanted to add that i called Ganz and they said there was nothing they could do about the missing Zums. This was about a month ago...

I too have encountered this same issue with Zehe. All of the other zums have appeared but when I found Zehe it did exactly as described in the article. I unfortunately did not get a screen shot because I thought if I just closed the field guide and reopened it that it would reset the stars flashing but no Zehe glitch, unfortunately that didn't work and the zum never appeared.

I was wondering If We could collect more then 100 zummies. I am so glad You posted this. I am close to having 100. So I will spend some this week. Thanks for posting all this much needed info.

Oh my Gosh!!! This happened to me too! I caught Zehe about two weeks ago, and she didn't show up! I got the Zummies, though, but no Zum. Her pic in the Field Guide had stars all around it, but she wasn't there. I'm sad. I hope she comes back soon!

The same thing happened to me one time. It had started to please wait me when I found the zum and then when it finally stopped saying please wait I went to the zum field guide and there were stars around where the zum was supposed to be but the zum was not there. The zum never did show up.

Awwww, double bummer! Didn't get the Zum AND you lost one of the three zummies... I hope tech support can get the Zum back for you...

I too found Zehe several months ago and it has yet to show up in my field guide. Guess we are all out of luck on that one. Wonder if we find it a second time if it will finally show up?

I have had this happen and Ganz did not hep I also nlocke one other time the prize with it but like I said even with a screen shot Ganz would not help me .Those new reps have no clue anyway what I talk about when I call..

Hi, glad you posted this I was also wondering about more than 100 Zummies what would happen BUT they have to fix this BECAUSE in order to get the GRAND SURPRIZE prize which to my knowledge nobody has accomplished yet all 48 zummies have to be collected. Without the ZEHE we will never know. That is one of the ones I am missing but I am so close to unlocking everything I need 3. This is a disappointment to see all the money spent and the time to do this day in and day out and to see this GRAND prize when you collect all the zummies is disappointing. I am sure if enough people call and complain they will have to fix it. Let's hope.

I don't think it is directly related to the 100 marbles. It happened to me 3 different times on 3 different accounts (accounts that are nowhere near 100 marbles). It happened on July 25th, July 28th and August 3rd (I called customer support twice about it). I actually found this Zum on a different account on September 4th and it did show up, so I thought the problem was fixed; but apparently either it is broken again or all of their servers don't have this problem.
