Wishing Well Glitched - No Prize Selection awarded for receiving 3 Wells in Centre - Update: Glitch fixed!

A few members on our Webkinz Insider forum are reporting that recently when receiving 3 Wells in the centre for the Arcade Game Wishing Well, they are getting logged off their Webkinz World accounts and they cannot choose their Exclusive Prize.

There have also been reports that receiving the big 500 Kinz Cash prize on the Wheel of Wow (WOW) logs you off your account as well.
 
We hope that both these glitches will be fixed soon.
 
Thank you to Webkinz Insider member christiwr for confirming that the Wishing Well glitch is fixed and has provided us with an image below.  She received  3 Wells in the middle today and got to choose her prize (a Moon Rover).

It happened to me on the Wheel of WOW yesterday. I got logged out immediately after hitting the 500 Kinzcash. This was on the same account where the Magic Mire also logs me out when I find a prize.

I was so upset!!! Couldn't figure out what happened & why!!!
& I logged back in right away but, it didn't matter =(

It happened to me last week. As soon as 3rd well appeared in the middle row, I got logged out immediately, I could not even hit print screen fast enough! I was sad. I did not got money nor anything else, for getting 3 wells in the middle.

Not sure when those reports have trickled in but I won the 500 KC (actually DW did) three days ago and nothing bad happened...

I don't think all of the servers are affected. I also won the 500 KC last week on my main account and received the badge okay. But, yesterday hitting the 500 KC on another account immediately logged me out (first the blue screen and then the oops, sorry ... you will now be logged out). This happened on the same account that logs me out like that when I find a prize in the Magic Mire. Out of 11 of my family's accounts, only 1 account acts like that. It is on server wapi17.

Haven't seen the 3 wells personally..but, just the night before the big prize badge came out..my daughter spun the 500 kc..and was logged out...Ganz needs to get these fixed super quickly!!

I won the 500 KC last week and the badge, no problem, but Sunday or Monday I won the new WOW jacket and was immediately logged off! Same account too!
I hope they fix this soon!!

I am one of those affected by the glitch...I went from feeling elated to feeling sad in the matter of a few seconds, as I got logged out immediately. I was also hit by the 500 KC glitch on the wheel on another account earlier.

My son was the unfortunate recipient of the glitch.

I did call Ganz right after it happened (about 4:45 EST) and we got the OFFICIAL policy.

It is a known glitch and that the policy is that if due to an error (glitch) on the site an item is not awarded they are not obligated to make it right (give you the item).

Asked for a supervisor and got the same line.

I'll call again tomorrow and see if the response is different when it's not so close to quitting time.

But I'll tell ya, popcorn and a favorite movie does wonders after the movie, kiddo was happy as a clam and glitch was forgotten. (Thank Goodness)

Really.

That seems just a little like saying, "well, we've already got your money for when you purchased a pet to enter the site, too bad for you if we don't follow through."

Why do all these site glitches always seem to be at the users' expense?

sigh I never go back to see if it is in my dock or not I should prolly check into that LOL
