Ganz Expands Clubhouse "Kinz Chat PLUS" Rules

I wonder if this means they will be paying closer attention what's going on in there. There seems to be a lot of kids abusing the report button lately. Especially in the trading rooms. Thank you for the update.

I have tried to sign up for KC plus. I go to the parent area and fill out the info, but I never receive the email. Does anyone else have this problem?

Try looking in your junk folder. This happened to a lot of people when emails were sent out with the unicorn tapestries from the webkinz newz site.

I am not sure I like this new change. There are kids who are reporting people for doing nothing. I was in a room the other day, just started a trade, actually hadn't typed anything in yet, and a warning came up saying if I kept up my behavior, I'd be reported! I hope the pay attention to what is actually going on in the room, cause it is hard to do something wrong if you haven't said anything yet!

I'm worried about the same thing. I have never said anything wrong in the clubhouse. The only room I go into is the trading room, but I have seen people threaten to report others for doing nothing wrong. If people get mad because you won't trade what they want, they threaten to report. That's the reason I don't wear my charm forest tiara in the trading room anymore. People invite me to trade, but that's the only thing they want. When I tell them, "Sorry, I don't want to trade that", they get mad.

hopefully they are just looking at what people say closer. i don't want the privilege to be taken away. cause i like to use my own words in the trading room.

I agree that people will threaten to report for the wrong reasons. I have a Magic Retriever, and if someone wants my pet's bed, and I say it's not for trade, they say I'm mean/rude and they will report me. The "report" should include the last couple of conversations the reported person had, & if they were reported unfairly, it should count against the person that reported them.

I agree with you about a report on the last few "conversations" thing. I know one time I was in the trading room and this one camel was being extremely rude to the person he was trading with, i just figured it was two people trading that knew each other. It asked me to trade and I agreed, and here all I said was "hello" and it started being really rude to me and threatened to report me if I didn't keep my mouth shut; I didn't know "hello" was offensive. I ended that trade immediately, and as I didn't know about the reporting button on the page it got away with it that time. I wish people would use the trading room or any room for that matter, for the purpose it was intended for, clean fun, not a centre for bullying!!

I believe a report should be substantiated before banning someone. There should be a record of the conversation & a determination made about who was being rude, etc. Maybe then they should get a warning & if it happens again, they should be banned. It should be policed because Ganz has won awards for the safety & security of their site.

Oh they added a new rule? Ididn't see that! Thaks for showing us! But I can not tell if it is a bad thing. But if you disobey the rule they ban you from you account or take KC from you.
