Wheel of WOW and Gem Hunt Glitches Affect Members

For the past couple of days we have been getting reports from across the forum of members having problems with the Wheel of WOW and Gem Hunt on their accounts. For some reason, the Webkinz World system is telling them that the have already used their turns in these activities when they haven't. If you are having this problem on your account, know that you are not alone. Hopefully the programmers at Ganz are working on this problem and everyone will be able to get back to spinning and hunting soon.

Thanks FIA for letting us know. I wasn't having the problem until yesterday morning. Also has any one found out why WW has been opening later in the mornings? I haven't been able to log in until around 6:30am.

Yep! This is the second time it's happened to me.

I hope they fix it soon. Get's annoying when you can only do those things once a day as it is.

Thanks to the WI admins for making this a front page item. I imagine that someone at Ganz checks WI regularly, but they may not make it to all of the forums. By posting this on the home page, perhaps it will get noticed. It would also be nice if there was a "Gee, we're really sorry" note in our mailboxes in WW, along with a Free Spin coupon (or something) to help make up for the frustration (and lost KinzCash!). A goodwill gesture like this can go a long way toward soothing little frustrations.

As always, WI has the pulse of what's happening in WW! Thanks again!

This isn't the first time this has happen. You would think webkinz would have better technical help then this.

It is happening to me for the last two days. Funny how we all love a glitch when we benefit but think it's annoying when we don't...or at least I find myself thinking that. I do miss the gem hunt but if I get one more pair of those darned green with polka dot rain boots, I'll run screaming from the room. LOL.

that happened to me too and then i tried later and it worked yesterday. but, today i havent been able to log on at all whatsoever because the maintanance message has been up. i tried at like 10 am and now and the same thing keeps happening.
