Dear Webkinz eStore Customer,

You are receiving this email because you tried to place an order on the Webkinz eStore on March 28, 2009 and unfortunately, due to a system error, your purchase was not completed successfully. As a result, you did not receive the Feature/Secret Codes that you purchased, nor was your credit card charged.

Please note, however, that you may notice a transaction logged on your online statement in the amount of your attempted purchase. Please rest assured that this is simply the pre-authorization of your order total but because the purchase did not complete successfully, no charge to actually capture the funds will occur. 

If you have not placed a replacement order for the items that you originally attempted to purchase and did not receive, and would like for us to complete the order for you, please reply to this email letting us know.

Wow, the estore must be owned by different people. WW issues never get acknowledged or solved this fast!

It was something else. I tried to purchase early in the morning and got glitched. I purchased later OK & got 2 purple monsters last night. I received the same email today. The pre-auth is still on hold in my bank account though. Hopefully that will go away soon - without a deduction.

I can't log on to my account. they say my password is wrong and i change it using the forgot password and it still doesn't work

Interesting. I placed an order that failed (in Processing status) but did not get that e-mail. I did, however, send a note to their tech support folks that basically said "I got an error but I'm going to redo it since the first one failed. If you charged me for the first one, please refund it."

Maybe because I contacted them first they didn't feel they needed to contact me about it...

Hmmmm... Interesting information, but I am thinking that they still have some sort of glitch! I just went to the e-store and the are still running Wowzer Weekend and Super Sunday. They still have the Phoenix and Firefawn available and the rest of the items from yesterday! Anyone heard any info on this?

That is refreshing that although there were issues, Ganz was on top of it to send out email updates. Huge congrats to Love'EmWebkinz for sharing the info!!!

Thankfully those of you who were not able to purchase your items over the weekend will have the opportunity to purchase now. I was fortunate enough to have had no problems with the estore and may I suggest buying the pink tiara. It looks stunning on my webkinz...even the boys! (lol)

Still a Glitch

Was able to get onto my granddaughter's account late today, but now the wheel of wow and the search for gems isn't working.

Additionally, I was able to go in early this morning and purchase my Gorilla charm and Sparkling Tiaras using my credit card without any glitches this time and I received my feature codes as usual.

Don't forget today, Tuesday, March 31st, is the last day to make your e-Store purchases from the weekend, though!

What a mess! After the last maintainence my Bullfrogs have vanished from Webkinz World. The tournament area is all off and have been since I have the Cooking and Hairdresser games. Only now I have to click 3 games down to get to the one I want to play. Anyone else having such problems? My grandson's Bullfrog is nowhere in sight either.

Well thats unfair. Once again something is wrong with the estore. Well I hope they fix it.
