Webkinz World Down for Maintenance

Webkinz World is down for maintenance again.  Anyone attempting to log on right now is getting the "server upgrade" message.  Hopefully this means the programmers at Ganz have a solution to the glitches caused by Wednesday's system update and that everything will be back to normal soon.  In addition to the "server upgrade" message, a number of members reported getting messages that said their passwords were incorrect, even though they weren't.  If you receive a password error message today, and you know you are typing your password correctly, please do not attempt to reset your password.  That message is probably just a glitch related to the server maintenance.

 

UPDATE:  As of 2:50pm EST, Webkinz World is back up!

Now iit is saying currently unavailable on the first screen...............maybe we are getting somewhere!

Webkinz has been down at least since 6:30 am (est) this morning, with an error message that come up stating something was wrong with their servers. Now this upgrade test in progress. I hope they are able to fix it soon! ???

It won't even let me get into the login stage. Where it usually says login on the webkinz home page, it says " Currently Unavailable.Thanks for your patience."
Do you know when it will come back, I really miss webkinz.

Hi All! Was it my imagination or didn't some write that a GANZ representative told them they did NOT work on SATURDAYS? I was soooo hoping to adopt a few more pets, enter cards, EARN Kinz CASH!!! Now, I have to go and get some sleep. . . which is probably good and less frustrating than the SERVER UPGRADE IN PROCESS!!!!! Arghhhhh . . . .

Tahnk 4 telling me that. My friend and I wiched webkinz accounts so we could remodel webkinz rooms. When I went to go log on today I thought I typed in the wrong password but really it was just a glitch!!

I am getting so mad. I really want to get on and try out my mystical panda. I can not take this waiting any longer. I am so Bored!!! I guess I will start reading my accounting books for my new classes that start next week. I can't wait for Webkinz to get back up though just like everyone else.

its 9:58 at my house EST webkinz world has been down since i got up at 8:00. i might get new webkinz today if i do i am NOT attempting to log them on today. i contacted ganz about this and the customer service rep. said i needed to contact tech support and i did he said everything that is wrong has to do with matinence.

I feel so sorry for my kids. They have a lot of homework during the week and this weekend they are homework free! They played outside yesterday because we had our first 60 degree day in 4 months, but today it's raining! I hope the maintenance doesn't take long because they really wanted to play with their webbies!
