Webkinz World Server Upgrade Test In Progress

As you know, Webkinz World has been closed for most of today.  It appears that the programmers are working to quickly correct the glitches that were caused by Wednesday's site maintenance/upgrade.  Webkinz Insider member CHRISBILL spoke with a Customer Service rep who told her that the site will probably be down until at least 6pm EST.  Hopefully when the site comes back up, whenever it comes back up, everyone will be able to log on, test out the new features, and enjoy all the fun and games Webkinz World has to offer.

UPDATE (9:45pm EST):  Webkinz World is back up.

 

NOTE:  We are still getting reports of new adoptions locking members out of their accounts.  Even adoptions that were processed after today's extended maintenance.

Thank you so much for this type of information! This is why this website is so great. Now I can get on with the rest of my life and not keep trying to log on every 15 minutes . . . until 6PM that is!

Omg thnk for the information.
I can find out everything here that they dont tell you right away on the home page on webkinz.
I can find out stuff like new webkinz too, and since i never get on webkinz when kinzchat plus is open then i wouldnt kno if ther were new rooms or anything.

I can get to the log in page, but it won't let me log in because a box pops up saying there is something wrong with the servers.

The same thing happened to me. I tried both my American and Asian accounts.

*sigh* That means I don't get on to my US account at all today because 6 pm EST is 1 am in the UK. Not to mention not being able to do my European account today... *sigh*

i am mad that webkinz is having a problem but i bet at 6pm i get to my webkinz but they might adding new games and the new clubhouse room in my acount and a new room theme or new toys or room decoration but i will be haapy when i get to play with my webkinz at 6pm
