Ganz Adds More Prizes to Adventure Park Daily Quick Quest Digs

Ganz annnounced this morning that they have added more prizes to the Daily Quick Quest portion of the Adventure Park!  According to the report, Adventure Park players can now win the Zodiac Earth Costume, Pyramid Wallpaper, Golden Dragon Statue, and Victorian Garden Stones.  All of these prizes have previously been available as prizes on the Webkinz Newz.

Webkinz Insider Member Gets Two New Adventure Park Badges

webkinz cheatswebkinz cheatsCongratulations to the daughter of Webkinz Insider member twigsthegiraffe on receiving two new Adventure Park badges:  I Dig Adventure and Adventure Ready.  Her daughter was awarded the badges nearly two weeks ago after she completed the Hippo Quest.  Unfortunately, she doesn't know what she did to trigger the badges as they both popped up together at the end of the quest.

Webkinz Players Wonder What Happened to Special Daily Dig Prizes *UPDATE*

webkinz cheatsFollowing the site maintenance on Wednesday, August 31, we brought you the news that five new prizes had been added to the Adventure Park.  In addition to being awarded wShop and Curio Shop items, players using their Daily Digs could also get either Boris' Pickaxe, a Cave Potato Plant, Colorful Stones, a Red Flower, or a Wild Mushroom.
 
However, based on member reports from the past two weeks, it appears Ganz made a change to this programming during the most recent site maintenance.  Since Wednesday, September 14, we have not had a single report of a player winning one of these special prizes.  Players using their Daily Digs are only getting items that can already be purchased in the wShop and/or the Curio Shop.
 
At this point we are not certain if this is a glitch or if this is something that was done on purpose.  We are tracking this issue in the Glitch Report section of our forum and will bring you any news as it is made available.
 
UPDATE (Sept 28, 11am ET):  Ganz just released the following statement:  We are currently looking into an issue with Adventure Park that affects prizes. We'll keep u updated asap! Thank you for your patience.

New Badges Awarded in Adventure Park!

Congrats to Webkinz Insider member SnowCrystal for being the first to earn these new Adventure Park badges, the Quick Quester Badge on the left, and the Kinz BFF Badge on the right. These are only two of several more Adventure Park badges being added to WW. It's not quite clear yet exactly what you have to do to earn these badges.

Webkinz Newz Announces New Adventure Park Contest, Sept 10 to 18!

Webkinz Newz is announcing a new contest featuring the new Webkinz World feature, the Adventure Park. For this contest, describe which Adventure Park pet is your favorite in 1000 characters or less : choose among the Pink Pony, the Spotted Leopard, the Mud Hippo, the Chimpanzee, the Koala or the Spotted Frog.
 
The prize will be a virtual version of the pet!
 
This contest will begin on Saturday September 10, 2011, at 12:00am eastern time, and will run until 11:59pm eastern time on  Sunday,September 18, 2011. The contest is open to residents of the US and Canada, with some exceptions due to state/provincial laws.

Webkinz Newz Announce New Alex's Head Floaty-Clicky for Sept 7 to 30!

Fans of the new Webkinz World Adventure Park will be particularly delighted by the new floaty-clicky event which was just announced in Webkinz Newz. There will be a floating Alex head in various pages of the Webkinz Newz, from September 7 to 30 inclusively. Click on this head, fill in the forms, and you will be awarded one of these adorable Adventure Park Kinz Plushies into your Webkinz World account. This will be an item (toy plushie) placed in your dock. There will be a limit of one prize per account per day, and the choice of plushie will be random.
 
Instead of a toy plush, you might receive an Adventure Park Poster. Some members have received the Framed Adventure Park Map (a large square poster) or the Adventure Park Framed Poster (narrower poster).
 
Please note that Alex will not be flying on September 10, 12, 17, 21, 23, 24, or 29. Each day lasts from 12:00am to 11:59pm eastern time.

When Ganz announced that a new Quick Quests feature would be coming to the Adventure Park on August 31, many players, especially those who had already claimed their Grand Prizes, were anxious to see what prizes would be available.  Thanks to the reports from our Webkinz Insider members, we can tell you that five unique prizes have been added to the system:  Boris' Pickaxe, Cave Potato Plant, Colorful Stones, Red Flower, and Wild Mushroom.  These five new prizes, in addition to a collection of Curio Shop Only and wShop items, can be collected in the Quick Quests.

webkinz cheatsWebkinz Newz has announced some exciting news for those that have already completed all their quests with their Adventure Park Series Pet. Now, when you have completed all of your Quests and your quest list is empty, you will be awarded with a Quick Quest! For each Adventure Park pet you have adopted you can get up to one Quick Quest per day (you must complete each one before getting the next).

webkinz cheatsGanz has announced that they will be holding an Adventure Park Pet Contest on the Webkinz Newz from August 22 to August 28.  For this event, they're asking players to describe an adventure that their Webkinz pets have been on.  The entries, which must be written in 1000 characters or less, will be accepted on the Webkinz Newz site.  The lucky winners for this contest will win adoption codes for Adventure Park pets.
