Congratulations to Webkinz Insider member UncleTimmay on the addition of a Pterodactyl to his Webkinz family.  Here you can see "Luxurious" posing with her Pet Specific Item, the Dawn of Time Window.  The Pet Special Food for the Pterodactyl is Pterrific Pterodactyl Ptoast.

 

"Luxurious" is also posing with the new items from the Renaissance Palace Theme that went on sale at the Ganz eStore today:  Luxury Palace Flooring, Luxury Palace Wallpaper, Majestic Meals Dining Table, and Exquisite Armoire.  It appears that, just like with the Circus Theme, this new theme will only be available at the Ganz eStore.

After much anticipation over the last few months, we are happy to report that the Colossal Movie Screen has made its first debut appearance in the Curio Shop! 

It is available on Deluxe accounts at 8PM Kinz Time on 31 July.

Many of us have been diligently saving Kinz Cash funds in order to purchase this new Rare item.  A few lucky Webkinz Insider members have been fortunate enough to be awarded this Rare with pet adoptions in their bonus box shortly after this Rare was announced.

 

 

 

The price is 40,000 KC - the most valuable Rare that Arte has offered.

Webkinz World players with Asian accounts can purchase this Rare first.

The Colossal Movie Screen fits in a large room only, and plays an exclusive animated surprise.

We hope that Arte will offer this again on Regular accounts soon.

Webkinz World went under maintenance briefly this morning.  And when it returned, we were all very excited to see the new updates.

Ever since Ganz changed the Deluxe Membership "gift date" to the first of the month for all Webkinz Deluxe members, our users have wondered what happens to those whose Deluxe Membership expires during a particular month -- do they still get the gift?

 

Thanks to @sammymc83 on Twitter (sammymc on our Webkinz Forum), we now know the answer to that question -- NO.  Her Deluxe Membership expires on August 9, and she received an e-mail today from Webkinz World that she had received her "final bonus gift". While no one could be sure what the policy would be, this is the correct and fair way to establish eligibilty for bonus gifts.

 

To clarify, the "Deluxe Bonus Gift" policy is:

Those of you with Deluxe Webkinz World memberships will receive a brand new clothing item in your monthly gifts in July, a Samurai Helmet.  Previous monthly clothing items have been the Racing Helmet (April), Racing Jacket (May), and Pretty Prom Dress (June).  Could a Samurai outfit to go with the helmet be coming soon?  We'll have to wait and see.
