February is the shortest month of the year, and Ms. Cowoline wants to ensure that your pets still get enough classes to further their education this month, despite the fewer days! That is why she is holding a Super School Day on Friday, February 8th at the Kinzville Academy! On this day, your pet will receive twice the credit for each class successfully completed!
 
Did you know that passing classes at the Kinzville Academy can help you win tournaments?.. yep! ... and if you finish Level 10 in all the Basic Courses, you will receive a Diploma that your kinz can hang on their wall!

Potenital exclusive GanzWorld prizes are: Lavender Lover Letters, Lovely Mosaic Table, Lovely Lavender Chair, Lovely Lavender Wall Sconce and Pretty Pink Roses. This runs from February 1st, 2013 at 4pm EST until February 20th 2013 at 11:59pm EST.

Webkinz Insider Members Puzzled About the February Deluxe Gift Item! *UPDATE*

Given the current trend of Deluxe Membership promotion, Webkinz Insider members were surprised to learn that the February 2013 Deluxe Gift Item, the Queen of Hearts Gown, is unable to be KinzPosted! .. a move that has left Deluxe Membership account holders puzzled and wondering what this new development may portend!
 
Since the beginning of Deluxe Membership in April of 2009, the Monthly Gift Boxes have been greatly anticipated by Webkinz Insider Deluxe members and the Deluxe Gift has been KinzPostable.
 
Webkinz Insider members are hoping that this is merely a programming error and not a new trend to remove features from Deluxe Membership .. a move which may discourage Webkinz World account holders from 'going Deluxe'.
 
Webkinz Insider members are currently waiting patiently to see if this is indeed an error that will eventually be 'fixed'....  a similar error, perhaps, as was the inability to KinzPost the Sizzling Swan PSI, the Fiery Fountain shown here, when it first became available. The Sizzing Swan PSI  has since been programmed to be KinzPostable.
 
Update: We can happily announce that that this issue was indeed an error in programming! :) An update has been posted on WKN as follows:
Please note: Currently there is a glitch which is preventing players from selling or trading the gown. This has been fixed on our end and will take effect after our next update on February 20th.

Early in January, Webkinz Insider brought you the newz of a new Virtual Only Pet that was due to arrive soon in Kinzville. The info may have been 'spotty' at the time, but we have more news!
 
Please welcome Spike and give a big shout out of congratulations to mememe1000 for being the first Webkinz Insider member to adopt the Lots of Dots Rhino!
 
Spike is sure to be loved for his colourful dots and when he plays his Polka Dot Drum Set, the other kinz will be amazed at his musical prowess! Afer a few hours showing off his drumming skills on his Pet Specific Item, this Rhino will be more than ready for a snack of Polka Dot Cookies, which just happens to be his Pet Specific Food!

New Valentine's Day Challenge in Webkinz World!

 The Valentine's Challenge in Webkinz World has begun in all time zones and Webkinz Insider members have until February 28th to complete their tasks to win several prizes, including a Lovely Garden Mosaic!
 
In one of their more positive and savvy moves during recent weeks, the creative department at Ganz, has personalized the new Valentine's Day Challenge so that it features YOUR pet!
 
Here you see pets from two of my accounts, Faerytails, the Gypsy Vanner, and Pepper, the Alley Cat, as they appear in the room Challenge Icons! As you complete the goals that are required to receive various prizes, your pet's name will appear in some of the challenges required, beginning with the first stage!
 
It is both heartwarming and fun to see your own pet's name throughout this Valentine's Day Challenge!
 
Also in a noteworthy and popular move, the Valentine's Day Challenge can be completed by ALL Webkinz World account holders, and not just those with Deluxe memberships .. unlike the current Winterfest Challenge! The latter features a game that can be completed only by Deluxe Advantage account holders.
