Fox Terrier and Ice Penguin Coming in December!

Here is food for thought for our Webkinz Insider members who are compiling their Christmas wish list. These two regular-size plush pets will be released for December 2013! Here we have the Fox Terrier on the left, and the Ice Penguin on the right.

We will let you know the Pet Specific Item and Pet Special Food as they become available.

New SPREE Prizes Coming on October 30! UPDATE

If you like to play the game of SPREE in the Webkinz World Arcade, you will be happy to learn that 3 new prizes will soon be added. They are the Elegant Overcoat, the Golden Bathtub and the Golden Toilet. The last two items are a great match for the Golden Sink which was added in June 2013.

These 3 items are not ingame yet, but they will be added to the inventory of SPREE prizes on October 30, 2013.

Butterfly Fairy Dress Floaty Clicky in Webkinz Newz! UPDATE!

There is a very pretty click-to-win or floaty-clicky item to be won in Webkinz Newz over the next two weeks. It is the Butterfly Fairy Dress, seen here on the left. Just watch for this dress floating across any page of Weblinz Newz, click on it, fill out the required form and it will be deposited in your dock.

As usual, this is one item per day per account. The Butterfly Fairy Dress is floating right now and until Wednesday October 16 inclusively.

Starting on Thursday October 17, you will be able to get the matching Butterfly Fairy Sandals seen above on the right. Right now there is also another floaty-clicky of Spooky's head, which gives you a random decorative Halloween item. When you click on it, you will get a message saying that your prize is this fancy pair of sandals, but this is just an error. The Spooky prize in your dock will be a Halloween item.

*UPDATE!: The Butterfly Fairy Dress is no longer floating in Webkinz Newz, but it has been replaced with the Butterfly Fairy Sandals! Make sure to get this lovely accessory to your fairy dress. The Butterfly Fairy Sandals are floating from now until October 23 inclusively. As usual, it's one prize per account per day.

Webkinz Iceberg Bear Virtual Images Released!

Winter will be upon us all too soon, and with the snow will come the Iceberg Bear. It's not quite clear yet, how and when this cool pet will show up in Webkinz World. Here are its virtual images, courtesy of Webkinz Newz. First you can see the online avatar of the Iceberg Bear, then its Gift Box, its PSI and PSF. The Pet Specific Item is called the Hot Springs Bath and the Pet Special Food is the Frosted Mug Cake.

There are already many bears which you can see in our Bear Collection. Stay tuned to Webkinz Insider for further news about this particular new bear.

Sneak Peek at the Swirly Curl Unicorn's Virtual Images!

Our Webkinz Insider members who have a soft spot in their hearts for unicorns, will love these virtual images for the Swirly Curl Unicorn. Here are the virtual avatar, the Gift Box, the PSI and the PSF as seen in Webkinz Newz. This new pet is a regular-sized plushie Webkinz coming out in November 2013.

This pet just invites a large wardrobe of fancy clothes and you can store them in the Pet Specific Item: the Ribbons & Swirls Chest of Drawers. The Pet Special Food is the Cotton Candy Cone. You can see all the unicorns from Webkinz World in our Pet Collections page for horses HERE.

No Parking and Classic Movie Studio Floaty Clickies!

There are two new floaty-clicky events in Webkinz Newz. The first is a No Parking sign, which is the same size as the recently awarded Stop sign, although you will have to drive indoors to use these traffic signs. Just click on the floating No Parking sign on any page of Webkinz Newz to be awarded this nice prize.

The second click-to-win event in Webkinz Newz features the lovely Nibbles Hippo. Just click on the floating Nibbles head to receive a prize from the Classic Movie Studio set of items, which have previously been awarded by WKN. Possible prizes are the Classic Movie Studio Director's Beret, Boots, Chair, Jacket and Pants, and the Classic Movie Studio Lights, Megaphone and Slate. Do not confuse these items with those in the Movie Magic Theme which are available in the W Shop and which are not being awarded here.

Both of these floaty-clicky events are on now until Oct 9, 2013. As usual, there is one prize per account per day.

Navy Suit Jacket and Pants Floating on Webkinz Newz! UPDATE

Are your little boy webbies wondering what to wear? Worry no more! Here are the Navy Suit Jacket (never mind that it is grey instead of navy blue) and the Navy Suit Pants.

This is a new floaty-clicky event on Webkinz Newz, especially for the boys. However, if your little girl webbies want to wear this outfit, the pink blouse/shirt will flatter their complexion. Just find one of these, floating by any page of Webkinz Newz, click on it and fill out the required fields to receive the clothes in your Webkinz World dock. As usual, it's one prize per account per day.

The Navy Suit Jacket is floating now until Oct 2, 2013.

The Navy Suit Pants is not floating yet. It will be here from Oct 3 to Oct 9, so mark your calendars to get the entire outfit!

*UPDATE*: The Navy Suit Pants are now floating in Webkinz Newz. You have 7 days, from Oct 3 to Oct 9 inclusively, to get this complement to the Navy Suit Jacket. And yes, this suit is gray and not navy.

Signature Ocelot and Striped Cheeky Cat Coming in November!

Webkinz Newz is giving us a sneak peek at two new pets that will be released in November 2013: both are cats, but as different as can be!

On the left you can see the Signature Ocelot. This will be the second-from-last Signature pet, as this line is being discontinued at the end of this year.

On the right is the Striped Cheeky Cat. There are a lot of cats in Webkinz World, and you can see them in our Cat Collection. Do you know that our WIKI also has a page dedicated to a Collection of Cat Items?

Alpine St. Bernard and Swirly Curl Unicorn Arrive in November!

Catering to all tastes, Ganz is getting ready to introduce these two very different plush Webkinz for November 2013.

First we will have the realistic-looking dog shown on the left, the Alpine St. Bernard. Please do not confuse it with the regular-sized St. Bernard released in 2005 and retired in May 2007, or the Lil Linz St. Bernard released in May 2006 and still listed as current although the Lil Kinz are not being made any more.

In contrast, on the right you can see the Swirly Curl Unicorn for those who prefer pastel mythical pets. There have been many Unicorns over the years, and you can see them in our WIKI, in our Horse Collection. But did you know that we also have a collection of Unicorn Items? Click HERE.
