Webkinz Insider Announces "Trophy Avatar" Contest

We've always known we have fantastic members here at Webkinz Insider, but nothing made that clearer than the amazing feat you all accomplished yesterday. In less than 12 hours all 12 of the new "Super Secret" recipez were solved by members of our forum! We were astonished, and because of that, we've decided to celebrate.

In honor of the 12 solved recipez, we are going to give away 12 trophies. To enter this contest, all you have to do is change your avatar to show a picture of a trophy, any trophy. That's it. No clicking, no puzzles, no hoops to jump through. Just change your avatar, and you're entered. At 6pm Eastern Time, on Wednesday, October 21st, 12 members with trophy avatars will be randomly selected to win the trophies. You do not need to be logged on to Webkinz Insider at that time to win.

The prizes for this contest are:

1 Go-Go Googles Trophy
3 Booger Gets An A Trophies
4 Wacky Zingoz 600 Trophies
4 Polar Plunge Trophies

Webkinz World Player Solves Tusslepuff, Recipe Still Uknown

According to an announcement by Ganz on the Webkinz Newz this evening, someone, somewhere, has solved the secret recipe for Tusslepuff. According to the report, that member has been awarded a "Secret Chef Trophy" for this accomplishment.

Unfortunately, it looks like Ganz isn't going to tell us what ingredients go into a Tusslepuff. So, "CAP with Pacey", if you see this message, please contact us and let us know how you cooked it up.

In the meantime, if any of you would like to work with our members to try to solve the recipe the "old fashioned way", please come on in to our forum and check out our thread dedicated to the Tusslepuff recipe. The thread is located HERE.

Wacky Zingoz Celebration Returning to Webkinz World

If you missed out on last year's Wacky Zingoz Celebration, you're in luck. Ganz has just announced that this event will be returning to Webkinz World soon. Last year's event, which ran for a week in July 2008, gave members a chance to win both Wacky Zingoz Plushies and Wacky Zingoz 600 Trophies. We're not certain what the dates of this year's event will be, but when it comes around, have your clicking fingers ready.

During the event, click on a floating Wacky Zingoz to win a Plushie for your account, and play Wacky Zingoz in the Arcade for a chance at a Trophy. For tips on how to get the best score in Wacky Zingoz, please check out that game's section in our forum, located HERE.

Ganz "Un-Sticks" Cash Cow Trophies and Flowering Fringe Trees

We are pleased to report that the "sticking" glitch with both the Cash Cow Trophies and the Flowering Fringe (May Caring Valley) Trees has been fixed! All Cash Cow Trophies can now be removed from floors and Flowering Fringe Trees can be removed from yards using the regular edit button. Players no longer have to contact Webkinz Customer Support to get these items "un-stuck".
