We would like to congratulate Webkinz Insider member LazyGal on the adoption of her Whippet Puppy, Bolt. Wednesday's are Deluxe eStore Specials days and for this first Wednesday, there was a pre-sale of the Whippet pup for Deluxe members. Here is Bolt in his room with his pet specific item, Favorite Fireplace Spot while he eats his special food; Short Rib Sliders. This adorable puppy will be available at the Ganz eStore on August 16th for everyone.

2012 Ms. Birdy's Countdown to Christmas Announced on WKN! UPDATE

With snow in our yards, Santakinz in the Clubhouse, Holiday Challenges and festive Click-to-Wins, it really is beginning to feel like the most wonderful time of the year! To add to the holiday fun, another Webkinz World Christmas tradition begins on December 14th! Webkinz Newz has announced the coming of the long awaited 2012 Ms. Birdy's Countdown to Christmas event!

Webkinz Insider members will want to take their kinz to the clubhouse each day until December 25th to receive a special gift! Ms. Birdy will be in residence to award a daily gift to all the kinz who pop into the Clubhouse during the 12 days of Christmas to wish her Happy Holidays! Once your webbie has collected all twelve gifts, they will receive a special badge for their My Page collection!

Webkinz Newz has announced that a new pet will be released to stores in July! The Webkinz Alpaca will be a plush, but other than the image that you see here, little else is known thus far. What we can see is that Ms. Birdy will be busy this July as this cutie will be a hit with Webkinz Insider members. As soon as more information about the Webkinz Alpaca is available, you can be sure that we will bring it to you here!!

New Webkinz Adoption Certificate is Revealed on WKN!

Newz Flash! Say goodbye to the traditional Webkinz Adoption Certificate that you have been accustomed to seeing when you visit Ms. Birdy at the Adoption Center to adopt another Webkinz!

Webkinz Newz has reported that on May 23rd, the original and soon to be vintage Adoption Certificate will be retiring from Webkinz World and will be replaced with an updated, colourful and very elegant new design!

Webkinz Insider members will be happy to know that there is still have time to have a piece of WW history for their own. The original certificate can still be printed until its retirement on May 23rd. Simply go to the My Pets page on your WW account and click on the W symbol for your pet of choice. Once the certificate is on your screen, just click the pink button on the bottom to print your original Adoption Certificate as a keepsake!

Remember, you only have until May 23rd to print the original Adoption Certificates for your pets!

Ms Birdy Greets Many Expiring Accounts

Lots of members are logging into their Webkinz Account to be greeted with...

That's right! Ms Birdy is there to let you know that it has been a year since you have adopted a Webkinz. In the past, members would get a 30 day noticed saying that their account would be expiring, but since Webkinz Accounts don't really expire, then no notice. With the limited accounts, members can do everything as normal except kinzpost packages or enter the Trading Room. Nafaria and Clubhouse events still work.

Why the sudden rash of Ms Birdy notices appearing on accounts? In 2011, during the month of March, a movie promotion for HOP was appearing in Webkinz World. One of the prizes was a code for the Hopping Bunny. So if you can't recall adopting any webkinz since then, it might be best to see when you will be expecting this notice, so you won't be taken by surprise. If someone has a Deluxe Membership, then their accounts are fine.

Christmas Presents Start Arriving in Webkinz World

Asian accounts are greeted with their Christmas Presents when logging into Webkinz World. To view the contents of the gift, please click HERE. December 25th is a busy day in Webkinz World. In addition to the Christmas Present awarded to the account for just logging in, the Super Wheel returns with great prizes. Also don't forget to go see Ms Birdy in the Clubhouse for the last gift from her on the 12 Days of Christmas. If you have seen her all twelve days, then a new badge will appear.

Ms. Birdy Returns for Webkinz Christmas Countdown on December 14!

Webkinz Newz has just announced that Ms Birdy will be returning to the Webkinz Clubhouse for the Christmas Countdown on Wednesday December 14.

In this much anticipated event, Ms. Birdy can be found in the Clubhouse every day for the 12 days leading to Christmas. Each day she will give you a different prize. This will be the third year for this event. Mark your calendars! You don't want to miss the first day of this exciting event.

In what appears to be a departure from the way that it worked in previous years, it looks like Ms. Birdy will be easier to find this year, since Webkinz Newz states that she will appear only in the Santakinz Room. In previous years, Ms. Birdy was a bit elusive and hard to find. Our Webkinz Insider members had to form Tracking Threads to help each other to find her.
