Fashion Week Set To Arrive August 12th

Get ready glamour lovers, Fashion Week is back and will run from August 12th until August 18th, 2019. Fashion week first made it's debut in March of this year and is back for another round. Keep your eyes open as there will be pieces of Fashion Week clothing floating around Webkinz World. You will be able to collect 5 pieces per day on regular accounts and 7 pieces on deluxe accounts.

AND THERES MORE!! You will be awarded a piece of clothing as soon as you log in through todays announcements. There will be Fashion Week Clothing give-aways in Todays Activities. There will be a daily floating piece of Fashion Week Clothing on Webkinz Newz.

Members will also be awarded a Fashion Week Guide the first time they log in during this event. This guide will contain the recipes needed to create other fashions for your Webkinz World pets. You will be able to add 3 Fashion Week items to the Clothing Machine to make new items. The Clothing Machine can be found in the KinzStyle Outlet (web only). There are 10 different Fashion Week items that can be created.

Blue W Pattern Wallpaper Floating in Webkinz Newz!

Our Webkinz Insider members who enjoy room decorating, will be interested in the latest floaty-clicky event in Webkinz Newz. There is a new Blue W Pattern Wallpaper floating in various pages of the Webkinz Newz. Click on the wallpaper icon, fill in the required field and a Blue W Wallpaper will be deposited in your Webkinz World account. This click-to-win event starts today and runs until February 7, 2014. As usual, it's one prize per account per day. You will all be happy to know that this wallpaper is kinzpostable.

Winterfest Returns January 10 to 19!

Webkinz Newz has just announced the dates of the 2014 Winterfest: January 10-19!

This most beloved event consists in snowflakes flying across your Webkinz World screen, anywhere that your dock is also visible. Some members have been known to skip meals in order to collect more snowflakes and we even have a special Recipe section for easy-to-make meals for that particular week! Click HERE.

Webkinz Newz Toy Train Glitch Fixed!

Did a Mistletoe Mouse adoption Gift Box mysteriously appear in your dock (shown above on the left)?

Are you missing the Wood Toy Train from the Webkinz Newz Countdown to Christmas event (shown above on the right)?

On December 22 there was a floaty clicky of a Wood Toy Train in Webkinz Newz. When you clicked on this toy train, the item that went into your Webkinz World dock was not the toy train but the Mistletoe Mouse Gift Box. When you tried to drag this Gift Box into your WW room to open it, you got logged out of your Webkinz World account. You cannot open the Gift Box and it remains in your dock. This problem was described in our Glitch Report HERE.

Good news! all these problems will be fixed. The Mistletoe Mouse Gift Box will be changed to a Wood Toy Train in early 2014; just leave it in your dock in the meantimes. In addition, there will be an extra day added to the Christmas Countdown event in Webkinz Newz, on Thursday December 26. The Wood Toy Train will be floating again for those of you who missed it.

Raziel Mega Collection Event in Webkinz World!

If you enjoyed the previous Collection events in Webkinz World, such as the Acorn, Marshmallow and Daisy Collections, you will like this one.

Start by clicking on Raziel's green Dragon Egg on your Kinzville Map. (Raziel is a dragon character from the Adventure Park.) Your goal is to provide heat for the egg. Each click gives a piece of coal to the nest to keep it warm. You can click on this egg once a day and must provide a total of 100 pieces of coal. Unlike previous Collection games, you cannot enlist the help of your friends to give you coal, although Deluxe members get an additional piece of coal per day and can purchase more from the Ganz eStore.

Here is a screenshot of your work space:

You win prizes as you reach milestones: the Orange Adventure Parka when you reach 20 pieces of coal, Framed Adventure Park Map with 40 pieces of coal, Fiery Dragon Wings with 60 pieces of coal, and so on. When you reach 80 pieces of coal, you get the Dragon Egg Music Box, with a model of Raziel inside it. Finally the Grand Prize when you reach 100 pieces, is the Raziel Slide.

The Raziel Collection begins today and will run until April 30, 2014! Think of it as a long-term activity similar to filling your purple jar with 100 moonberries in the game of Jumbleberry Fields, and it won't seem so bad.

Catch a Floating Black Cat for Classic Movie Studio Prizes!

On October 1st, we brought you news of the floating Nibbles Hippo head in Webkinz News. This floaty-clicky event gave out prizes from the Classic Movie Studio set of items.

Now we are seeing Part Two of this click-to-win event. Just find the head of the Black Cat, as pictured here, floating on random pages of Webkinz Newz. Click on it, fill out the required fields and you will be awarded more prizes from the Classic Movie Studio series. So far, we are seeing the Noir Detective Trenchcoat, the Movie Star White Dress, and three posters: the Webkinz Frankenstein Movie Poster, the Webkinz Mummy Movie Poster and the Webkinz Vampire Movie Poster.

Although Webkinz Newz mentions the Movie Magic Theme in their announcement, this is a separate Room Theme available in the W Shop: none of those items are being awarded.

As usual it is one prize per account per day, and this event will end at midnight on the night of Halloween, October 31 2013.

Flannel Fairy PJ Top Floating in Ganz Parents Club!

All our Webkinz Insider members who caught a pair of Flannel Fairy PJ Bottoms this past week, will be interested to know that they can now complete the outfit. There will be no need to resort to yellow tee shirts, Wheel of Yum Shirts or mismatched flannel tops from Christmases past.

The Flannel Fairy PJ Top as shown on the left, is now floating on random pages of Ganz Parents Club. Just click on it, fill out the required fields, and the pj top will be in your Webkinz World dock.

As usual it's one prize per account per day. This click-to-win event starts today and will run until the end of Wednesday October 30.

Please keep in mind that if you are under the age of 18, you need your parents' permission to go to the Ganz Parents' Club.

Butterfly Fairy Dress Floaty Clicky in Webkinz Newz! UPDATE!

There is a very pretty click-to-win or floaty-clicky item to be won in Webkinz Newz over the next two weeks. It is the Butterfly Fairy Dress, seen here on the left. Just watch for this dress floating across any page of Weblinz Newz, click on it, fill out the required form and it will be deposited in your dock.

As usual, this is one item per day per account. The Butterfly Fairy Dress is floating right now and until Wednesday October 16 inclusively.

Starting on Thursday October 17, you will be able to get the matching Butterfly Fairy Sandals seen above on the right. Right now there is also another floaty-clicky of Spooky's head, which gives you a random decorative Halloween item. When you click on it, you will get a message saying that your prize is this fancy pair of sandals, but this is just an error. The Spooky prize in your dock will be a Halloween item.

*UPDATE!: The Butterfly Fairy Dress is no longer floating in Webkinz Newz, but it has been replaced with the Butterfly Fairy Sandals! Make sure to get this lovely accessory to your fairy dress. The Butterfly Fairy Sandals are floating from now until October 23 inclusively. As usual, it's one prize per account per day.
