BREAKING NEWS: Zangoz Broke the Bingoz Board

Many of you have noticed that Bingoz is not currently an option on the Daily Activities list. If you click on a Bingoz advertisement in Webkinz World, you get the following error message:

We're not exactly sure what's going on with this particular game, but hopefully the programmers at Ganz will have everything sorted out soon. So, in the meantime, hold on to your Bingoz coupons and check out some of the other games in the Arcade.

For those of you who have been collecting Bingoz Coupons to send to Philip, we hear that his dock is overflowing at the moment and that he is not currently accepting new friend requests. So, until the game is repaired, please hold off sending him any more Coupon gifts. read more »

WI Jellybean Challenge Winners Announced!

Here is the list of winners for yesterday's Webkinz ExtravaGANZa Jellybean Challenge, sponsored by our partner retailer, Alice's Curiousities! The correct answer was 232 jellybeans in the jar. The following 25 people had the closest guesses AND correctly followed instructions on how to submit their guess. Several people did not list their guess in the subject line of the message to Winnie, so their entries did not count. Congrats to our big winners!!

Webkinz World ExtravaGANZa has started! Flying Pigs, Jellybeans!

Webkinz ExtravaGANZa has begun! As many of you know, Ganz is celebrating the third anniversary of the debut of Webkinz by holding a weekend-long celebration. It turns out that part of that celebration is going to include Flying Pigs!

Clicking on a Flying Pig wins your pet some Jellybeans. These are the same Jellybeans that used to be awarded for incorrect guesses in the Jellybean Challange back in 2006, but have been missing from Webkinz World for over a year.

Unlike the flying Eggs, Snowflakes, and Leaves of past "Fest" events that ran on a six-minute schedule, the Pigs seem to be on an eleven-minute schedule. What this means is that starting from the moment you log on, every eleventh minute you have a chance at seeing a Pig. read more »

BREAKING NEWS: It's a Jungle Out There! Webkinz Rhino and Lioness Arrive!

Yesterday, a member of our Webkinz forum, Luvs Webkinz and her sister got a hold of two newly released Webkinz: the Rhino and the Lioness. Here are the first in-game pictures of "Reggie" and "Sahara", along with pictures of their Pet Specific Items, the Shinin' Rhino Truck and the Queen of the Jungle Throne, and their Special foods, Rhino Diner Roulade and Kudu Katsudon.

WI Member Solves Ocean Bubblyglub Secret Webkinz Recipe!

Webkinz Insider Donors Badge Retires, New Donation Program For Philip!

Many of you may remember earlier this month, a "Bingoz Coupon raffle" was held to collect coupons for a brave young man named Philip, who is fighting a rare form of cancer. He was in a story featured on The Early Show on CBS yesterday!

We here at Webkinz Insider have been inspired by this young boy and his family who have given up everything to help pay for medical costs to treat his condition. As such, we are redirecting all of our donations through May 31st directly to Philip and his family. We're hoping that this small gesture can make a big difference in their lives!

We have retired the "W Donors" badge, and have introduced a new badge for donations to Philip and his family! It's a Webkinz Lion with the WI logo on it! We chose the lion because lions are courageous, just like Philip and it also happens to be Philip's first Webkinz!
