New Exclusives Announced, Old Exclusives Will Be Retired!

Webkinz Newz is announcing the introduction of two new Exclusives: the Big City Bus and the Playpen Trampoline, seen above. These new exclusives will be available starting Wednesday, June 6, 2012. The Big City Bus will be a vehicle which your Webkinz pet can ride in Webkinz World. The Playpen Trampoline will be an interactive item too, and your Webkinz can climb into the playpen and jump up and down.
 
Exclusive items can be obtained in one of five ways. When adopting a new Webkinz pet, you will receive a random Exclusive for every pet except the first one. In the Wish Factory, you can trade 10, 12 or 15 Wish Tokens for the exclusive of your choice. You can also make a Wish of the Day in the Wish Factory, and have a chance at winning an exclusive of your choice. Exclusives are also available on the Super Wheel. Exclusives are tradeable and kinzpostable and can be exchanged with other Webkinz World players.

To make room for these exciting new items, Webkinz World will be retiring three older Exclusives: the Giant Gift Box, Giant Sandwich Table and Webkinz Theme Music Box. If you want to get one of these exclusives, you'd better hurry! They will be retiring on Tuesday, June 5 2012.

I love getting new exclusives. I just wish I could get them when I adopt. Ever since i got over 150 pets I don't receive the new exclusives when adopting a pet unless I have gotten in another way first. So I have to use my wish tokens or transfer it from another account in order to get them. Love both the new exclusive. Don't think I'll miss the present much since it was so big it was hard to use it to decorate with.

It seems like just when I finish collecting all the new ones *using up my tokens in the process* they come out with a bunch of new ones! Sometimes I think they're watching my webkinz account. "ohhh Sammymc has all the newer exclusives, must be time to release some more new ones!" lol

I remember the first time I traded for the Giant Gift Box. I was so excited and couldn't imagine what was inside! I tried to drop it into my room like regular gift boxes and it didn't work. So it accidentally landed in my room and I got even more excited to see what was inside now that I could open it!! Yeah, total disappointment. It is just a box that sits in your room and holds four things like a storage container. I was so bummed. I am not sorry to see that one go.
I never figured out a use for the Sandwich Table. It doesn't go in my fruit room. Maybe if I had several LARGE items like the giant slice of cake to go along with it maybe I could design a room. But what other giant food pieces are there? I can only think of those two.
I LOVE the Music Box that plays Webkinz theme song. Has anyone ever heard that music anywhere besides the Music Box? I really do like that jack-in-the-box-looking music box. It's nice to be greeted with that when entering your pet's room.
Giant Gift Box - don't let the door hit you on the way out.
Sandwich Table - good riddance.

I couldn't have said it better myself. I did the same thing with the giant box LOL I love the new exclusives and already have rooms they will look great in.

I love both of the new exclusives, and the playpen is very cute!

The only thing I don't like is the nearly full milk bottle laying in the corner of the pen. It looks like a bottle, but I'm not wearing my glasses so maybe it's just a pillow or blanket.

Maybe I'm too sensitive about child care, it is just a pixel pen that I would let my Llama bounce in.

The new exclusives are really cute! Guess I'll pick up another music box before it goes. I'm so glad they are letting us know in advance which exclusives are being retired!

The playpen is nice, but the polar playpen, (Baby penguin PSI) Is still quite a bit nicer.

I'm fine with them retirine. Never liked the table or the gift box. I have two or three of the music boxes.
The city bus is cute.
I would love the play pen if it were a play pen and not a trampoline. I have enough of those and the baby room never really came with a bed. The pets don' actually sleep in the cribs, they sit there.
And yes that's a bottle of milk on the pillow. I think it's cute.
