Ganz Officially Addresses Problem with Leprechaun Red Jelly Coin *UPDATED*

webkinz cheatsThanks to an official statement released by Ganz earlier this evening, we now know that they are working on the glitch affecting the Leprechaun Chase.
 
"We are aware of the problem with the Leprechaun Chase not awarding the grand prize in some cases. We will be awarding by a script on Monday."
 
UPDATE (March 14th @ 3:00pm): Ganz has tweeted the following information:
 
"While the grand prize problem has been fixed, some people are still having trouble getting the red coin. Working on that now."
 
We can now confirm that the grand prize problem has been fixed, but the red coin issue is still being worked on. We'll provide an additional update when the coin issue has been resolved.
 
UPDATE (March 14th @ 4:00pm):  Ganz has tweeted the following, stating that the red coins are now available to everyone.
 
"Red Coins can now be collected by everyone! Thanks for your patience and all your comments that helped us find the issue."

I was wondering what they meant by "awarding by a script" as well...maybe everyone who should have gotten the prize will just get it...??? At least they are working on it.

Hi, a script is a computer code written by a programmer that tells the system to do something; in this case for example it will tell the WW system to award the prizes to the accounts that have all of their coins but no coin fountain.

It means that the computer programmers are going to fix it. Scripts are just instructions written in computer language to automate processes - the programmers will write instructions to the WW system to fix the problem. Yay for everyone missing coin fountains & red jelly coins!!

well since i decided to wait to do the last coin, i hope they also fix it that the red coin comes up for those who DIDN'T go for the 6th coin till the glitch was fixed.

i am so uncertain now...............go for the 6th or wait............
i hate decisions!!!

should we wait till the "script" is in the system tomorrow or go ahead on our 5 accounts to look for the leprechaun even if we don't get credited yet and they will reward the red coin tomorrow?
